This company is a scammer. I ordered items in March guaranteed for Eid in April. Eid came and went and false assurances never ceased. I said I no longer wanted the items as had to arramge alternatives for Eid.
The items came much after Eid, however were of poor quality, beads missing and completely different colour to what I had ordered.
The items were not as advertised and materials were cheaper alternatives to adverts.

The items I had to return at my own expense and following numerous attempts to contact them, no refund
No reply to messages and constantly ignoring.

This is a disgusting company who make promises, take your money, don't delivery as guaranteed and then ignore your messages. The company needs to be reported to trading standards.
Stay away and warn others. Do not order anything from them, they are fraudsters.

They delivered my suit to the wrong address, accepted they made a mistake and promised they will give me a refund . But, they haven't given me a refund and are now ignoring me! I have evidence to support my claim. These lot scam people! PLZ DONT BUY FROM THEM & DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!Reporting you guys to Ombudsman and trading standards. This online store needs to be closed down so noone else can be scammed by them.

Pathetic service. Please stay away from this seller. Never fulfilled orders. Promised to be delivered before eid but delivered after few days and it was defective and not willing to answer the emails. Please avoid this company at any cost. Scammers

Ordered before eid , haven’t received the order, no response!!

I placed an order which was guaranteed arrival for eid. It was 4 outfits. Jalwa were initially corresponding and said they were incredibly busy therefore only 2 of my outfits were guaranteed delivery by eod. This was fine I had no issues.
Eid came and went. We are now on 12th April. I have continuously tried to contact them through emails through social media. I have provided my order details.each time.but have received nothing back. I have given them.ample chance to respond but nothing and looking at previous reviews it seems I am.not alone. PLEASE AVOID BEING SCAMMED BY THEM LIKE ME. And all this in the month of Ramadan too were people go out of their way to receive blessings. Absolutely shocking

I ordered my outfit for delivery before Eid and they failed to deliver on time. I then sent several emails and messages and they ignored and did not to reply. The lady on the lives is a scammer, sits there giving sob stories and telling ppl I will never cheat customer but that’s exactly what they do. I want be using them for again and hope you will take the reviews onboard. Keep well away going to now involve TikTok, hmrc and every other Channel to ensure they pay back people they have done over. I feel compelled to formally document and share my experience with Jalwa Online, particularly in light of the misleading business practices I encountered.

I placed four separate orders, comprising five outfits in total, based solely on the company’s advertised guarantee of delivery before Eid. Several of these items were intended as Eid gifts for family members. Prior to placing my orders, I corresponded with a representative via the website’s messaging service, who was courteous and repeatedly assured me that the items would be received on time and that the service would be “amazing.”

However, one week before Eid, I received a generalised email from the company stating that my orders would be dispatched over the weekend, once again reaffirming guaranteed Eid delivery. Contrary to this, all five tracking numbers generated the same response from Royal Mail for five consecutive days:
“The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail. More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network.”

This indicated the items had not yet entered Royal Mail’s possession — directly contradicting the company’s reassurances. When I contacted the representative to raise concern, I was met with irrelevant deflections, including references to fasting during Ramadan. While I respect the sanctity of the month, religious observance does not excuse commercial misrepresentation or failure to fulfill contractual obligations.

During the call, three orders were refunded. The fourth order was allegedly only dropped off at Nelson Post Office at 4:45pm that day — via a 48-hour delivery service, ensuring it would arrive after Eid. This was a clear breach of the guarantee and, frankly, a misrepresentation of fact. That item was returned promptly, with proof of delivery provided, and yet no refund has been issued to date. All further attempts to communicate have been ignored.

Meanwhile, the business remains active on social media, continuing to advertise, while turning off public comments — a concerning indication of awareness and intent to avoid public scrutiny.

To be clear: this experience has involved misrepresentation, a failure to deliver as contractually promised, and the continued withholding of customer funds after a product was returned. I would strongly advise any prospective customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this retailer.

Should the outstanding refund not be processed promptly, I will have no hesitation escalating this matter via the appropriate formal and legal channels.

Ordered before eid three outfits, order number Jal 1468 received confirmation of my order and nothing else so far despite several emails sent with no response or acknowledgement of my emails. They are still advertising on tik tok with all comments turned off still trying to scam people. Only respond when you ask how do we order. There tik tok accounts will also approve any comments so can't give feedback and warn others. They'll threaten you with legal action if you dispute payment.
Stay away people.I have all the evidence and will contact trading standards.

I ordered my dress before eid and was assured guaranteed delivery before Eid. I received my package a week after eid. I tried emailing them a couple of times when i could see from tracking that there were no updates. They then assured me again that i would receive my package and i should be patient, but i didn't receive it on time. I wrote to them after eid but no reply to any of my emails. Really bad service. They should apologise or compensate somehow.

Where do I start?! A fraudulent business that doesn’t let anyone post any comments to prevent other customers from experiencing what we have. Was promised Eid delivery and ordered before Ramadan. Stressed us out so much up until the day before Eid. They sent an outfit which was NOTHING like the original despite me making very clear that if it wasn’t line the original I would still give the opportunity to cancel. The owner will block and ignore you despite acknowledging they are In the wrong. They sent the wrong scarf with the second suit. PLEASE CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS it is very simple. Just log your complaints and get them investigated as it’s the only way these lot will learn it’s not acceptable to take your hard earned money and not refund despite agreeing too. May you reap what you sow Jalwa and it won’t be long before it comes back to you. Don’t start blaming your customers when you’re the thieves and liars!

ordered my dress before eid 2025 with assurity it will be delivered but all was false now after eid still no proper reply to my messages as i wanted to cancel the deress which of no use to me plus has not been despatched yet and asked them to refund my money. instead of apologising their team member tells me to mind my language and wait. what a pathetic reply.

Ordered a month before Eid for guaranteed delivery before Eid. Heard nothing after repeated msgs from myself as I was panicking I would not receive before Eid. I received a completely different outfit to the one I ordered a day after Eid!! When I complained they said they were not responsible for delivery service. Even when they dispatched so late. I have requested a refund but have heard nothing back. I want a refund as I did not order the outfit they sent me. Disappointed is an understatement I am furious.. I have never experienced such behaviour from a company..please avoid at all costs

Would give 0 stars if there was an option appalling attitude and behaviour. Incompetent and uneducated staff who just want to take your money and not provide a service. Clothes did not arrive unwillling to give refund no apology and ludicus messages. This is the reply I got from them

Ordered my Eid outfit on the 28.02.2025, website stated "guaranteed before Eid" a week passed and I wasn't given any delivery confirmation so I emailed them, to which they replied few days later that they're working hard during Ramadan and my clothes will be delivered "before Eid".
My order had still not arrived before Eid, so I panicked and had to fork out and buy more clothes before Eid and I realised I have been scammed. I contacted my bank and they agreed it was a scam as my item hadn't been delivered at the time promised so they refunded my money back.
Following this, I had an aggressive lady ring me and then send me continuous threatening voice notes and text messages saying that the bailiffs will come to my house and threatened me with legal action because I have disputed my money back from my Bank!
I informed my bank about the threats and legal action and they have further advised me.
Absolutely ridiculous, she did not apologise on how this has affected and ruined my Eid and what panic and stress it has caused me! She had the nerve to ring me and threaten me on the second day of Eid! She said its not her problem and blamed the delivery company and she said its got nothing to do with eid or Ramadan and her business is priority not eid or Ramadan lol when they clearly said delivery before eid!
I have never come across any 'business' that is absolutely horrible and disgusting to their customers.
I have reported this scamming business to trading standards. They need to be stopped its unfair getting away with people's hard earned money and for people who are finding it difficult to make ends meet.

I strongly advise if this has happened to you please dispute it with your bank and they will give you your money back.

Scammers!! Do not order from these people! I had ordered two eid suits from them, never turned up, gave me a fake tracking number, eid has passed still no suits and I’m down £100 and I still haven’t even received no messages from them. Claiming she’s a religious and trustworthy person and how they could never scam people.. well all these reviews speak for themselves. Absolutely disgusted! Your stealing from people during the month of Ramadan, shame on you!
Why do you claim to be Muslim and steal from people in the month of Ramadan? You took advantage of people and stole from people that had been fasting and doing charity all month.. if you needed it as charity money I’m sure people would have given you.. but to make out your are delivering peoples eid clothes in time for eid is absolutely disgusting.. shame on you, you have stolen from people that may even have less themselfs, you will have to answer for this. I hope you can hold your head up and be proud of yourselfs. When you do bad to others bad will happen to you too.
I have all evidence and transactions, so like you have been saying to others that you can’t find orders they have placed is all a total lie! Hope you have a great life a head of you by stealing peoples money. Like I said if you needed it as charity money I’m sure peoole would have felt sorry for you and given it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!. They have scammed a lot of people, myself included. I placed an order and never received it. When I followed it up, they assured me it would arrive on time, but the tracking number they provided was completely dodgy. It’s clear they generate fake tracking numbers to make it look like the item has been sent, when in reality, it hasn’t.

They keep blaming Royal Mail, but the item was never dispatched in the first place. I have reported the company to Trading Standards, and I strongly encourage anyone else affected to do the same.

If you’re trying to get your money back, the best way is to dispute the transaction through your bank. They won’t reply to any messages!!
Oh, and they will try to threaten you by saying they’ll take you to court but they haven’t got a leg to stand on.
