Zero review really. Bought from them on 15th June . Still waiting. No refund no clothes. They originally said 7-14 working days .. been a month now. Total rip off. They Ignoring my MSG's now but still putting posts up. Do not bother buying from them

@Isha: Give me your number, I want to talk to you. It's not possible that I ordered on June 23rd and I still haven't received my order. Does this seem normal to you? Plus, don't reply to any messages on TikTok... is this your service? I often have my money and you don't behave like this with customers. Total rudeness.

Placed an order online on the 27th June got a email to say order has been shipped and to allow 7days for delivery. Still waiting for my order. I have tried multiple times to contact them but they won’t answer or reply to my emails or through TikTok, as they are still posting content and deleted comments when people complain. Scammers

I ordered in April and still waiting for the parcel to arrive they don't reply and even i asked for refund never got reply they need to get report to police they are big time scame.

I placed my order last month. They haven’t sent my parcel yet. They are not replying me on tiktok and even on emails.

I’m honestly shocked after reading the only review – this definitely feels like a scam!

I placed an order on the 22nd, and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages (even through TikTok), and the only reply I got was last Sunday, saying to allow 14 days for dispatch. Since then, I’ve followed up again via email and text – no response at all.

This is either a scam or seriously shady behavior. I really think we need to report the account and possibly even alert the police or consumer protection services. No one else should fall for this!

i ordered an outfit on line, they processed my credit card payment but sent a text saying sold out.

my credit card was not refunded i have left several messages on tik tok no response all they say is order number please? I have left them several messages no reply they are a total scam watch it. no courtsey to even let us know why they havent credit me back or even a respose.

I placed an order in early May and got a confirmation of it . I ordered two outfits and it came to £65 . I messaged a couple of weeks after asking about update and was told it had been sent . I am still waiting, nobody answers messages or emails. Total scam !! Please stay away and don’t order. They have changed their website name and are still selling in Tik tok hiw is this even allowed?

Having previously wrote a good review for this company I would like to update and share my experience with this brand. Initially they were amazing, responsive , kind considerate and accomodating. So I wrote a review raving about them. Then I received my package! Well 2 parts of my package. The clothes were smelly, disgustingly cheap and nothing as advertised. Then I got in touch with great difficulty, never getting responses. Eventually i was givrn an address to change. It was all fine until i sent the packages back! No response at all! Nothing! One outfit was ordered on the 26th march and i still never received it. I have only received my refund now after going to the bank! What a nightmare! Do not use this company! It's a joke! The outfits are nothing like the pictures online! Save your money!

I paid £69 including postage for an outfit and instead received a random hair scrunchie that I never ordered. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no reply and no resolution. This is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

After checking online, I’ve seen that I’m not the only one — several people have reported the exact same issue around the same time. It’s clear this is a recurring problem, and it’s shocking that a business can treat customers this way.

Avoid this company at all costs. They do not deliver what you pay for and do not respond when things go wrong.

Scammers! Placed order in April and despite contacting them several times no response and no goods delivered. Have reported company. Please save yourself from the hassle, I wish I had read reviews prior to placing order as I would have avoided.

There is no option for zero star or I would have given that. They frauds please no one order from them. I purchased a suit in March and still haven”t received my order. Emailed them so many times no response given.

Everybody please be aware these lot are a big scam. They are still operating on TikTok but they need to be reported . I ordered from them too but all I got was order confirmation it’s been over a month I haven’t received anything. Luckily I have reported them to my bank and was able to get my money back .
