I placed order 4 weeks ago still not received my item , sent 6 emails and no reply, scam scam .

Scammer fraud everyone must report on TikTok

Fraud! Fake, went to the address supplied by the people from jalwaonlineclothing.at.outlook . com.
Address is Unit 27 Dalton Trading Centre B65 8JQ. Workers from other units said if you are here for that tiktok man hes a fraud. Everyday about 3/4 people come. Avoid at all cost!!! Have reported to beds police as well as bank. Case has been opened 🤭

I don’t even think it deserves the one star, the owners don’t even answer emails, other than dispatch and I ordered a month ago asking multiple times for updates. They keep posting new outfits but not replying to anyone…

Ordered over 2 months ago, wish I saw these reviews before hand, messaged the company on tiktok and email and got a response that shipping takes 7-14 days and still nothing has been dispatched. This company is uploading other tiktok profiles clothing and portraying that it is their stock. Reported the 2 accounts many times. Absolutely disgusting how many people must be ordering and not receiving nothing.

Placed order 20th June. Have tried to email them a few times. No response. Haven't recieved item.

Same here I emailed multiple times asking for my tracking number, I send messages on TikTok and no response. However, they’re loading new videos of suits on TikTok. Today I went into my email to check if there’s any updates I click on view my order and it’s erased the link is broken. So everyone in order to get a refund dispute your transaction with your bank give them all the details that you’ve tried several times to no avail. The bank will help out. Avoid buying from these site it’s a huge scam!!!!!

All I have to say is FRAUD! These people are liars. I have been waiting for my 4 dresses and what happened you may ask? They delete all the dresses off the website, remove the tracking link and website link off email. They have scammed me and my family when we have an event coming up and it is not fair we have payed above £100 which is really concerning especially for a popular store over 200k followers ??!
Also I’ve seen many people also have the same problem so I guess it’s not only me please stay away from this website and these people.

Scam! Avoid! I placed an order over a month ago, no communication from the company, sent many emails and msgs still no response, also there shop has been removed from shopify. This a scam, pls report you the fraud department. As I have done this now too: they will be investigated pls also report their tik tok page
