Impossible to speak to anyone, so in essence your consumer rights are no existent. Before you buy ring their number, you'll be greeted with a we have a higher level than normal calls right now so email us and goodbye. Email them you get a due to the recent heatwave and bank holidays we are at a much higher volume of emails. What a load of hogwash! What that tells you is you wont get through to us. So how does your guarantee work if its faulty? It doesn't and you'll need to look at other avenues which in turn will cost you money to do. Consumer rights act. Personally id buy elsewhere that may be slightly more expensive but has a customer service baseline.

Being ignored after an incorrect order was delivered. Ordered medium and large radiator cover and delivered a small and medium. Checked order and we ordered correctly. Delivered incorrectly.
Numerous emails and calls and no reply or answered. Disgraceful service.

After searching for quite some time I finally found outdoor storage at the size I wanted without the expensive price tag.
Very easy instructions to follow as every part is labelled up, sturdy and secure for all my outdoor storage solutions, would definately recommend.

Terrible service all round. To be fair the website ordering process was quick and easy and I had a tracking link for my order from the courier the next day. However no updates after that were received. I contacted the courier after a week and they had lost my order. They advised they would search the warehouse and after 48hrs if I had not heard from them to contact the retailer. After the 48hrs I tried but the phone lines would not connect advising they were too busy, emails were answered after about 72hours. I was offered a replacement order or a refund. I took the refund which again to be fair was back in my bank after 3 days. Poor experience and would not recommend.

Ordered a 3L refuse bin wooden storage unit which was delivered with constant progress email updates and within time frame. I am happy with the product and my only input is that I struggled a little with the instructions. The doors hold the frame so it is sturdy but when opened the frame sides come out a little so t I think there should have been a part included to make secure. I am however pleased with the company and would suggest anyone purchasing from them would appreciate the competitive value prices.

I’m really pleased with my new PRO RIDER 36 Hole Electric Golf Trolley. It feels well made, sturdy and reliable, and has made getting around the course so much easier. The 36-hole battery capacity is a real bonus, giving me plenty of confidence that it will last through a full day of golf.

I also really like the accessory pack, which is a great addition and makes the trolley even more practical. It’s easy to use, handles well on the course and folds away nicely when it’s time to pack it up.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and feel it offers excellent value for money. I’m looking forward to getting plenty of use out of it on the course!

Product is of good quality and reasonable price. Instructions to install the awning were clear. When I broke my remote they replaced it for free. Would recommend. Bee communicated very well.

Easy to order - paid extra for fast delivery which didnt happen and have been trying since July 12th to get help from customer service fro a either faulty product or product that doesnt work well - customer service takes 10 days each time to reply then just asks for more info or forgets what the actual complaint is - TERRIBLE customer service would not order anything from this company again

I received my product on time with good communication. There was a slight fault in one of the chairs I ordered. I reached out to customer service and was helped by a lady called Emily. She promptly arranged a replacement of the faulty product. I was very happy with the product, value for money and the service. Thank you

I purchased 2 planters from them that are really nice. Had not come across this company before. Howeve a few days after I’d taken delivery of them, I received a message saying they were now being dispatched and I was given a new tracking number. I thought I was going to be getting a duplicate order by mistake. I tried ringing them several times on different days but their phone just disconnected every single time. They really need to do something about this! A few days later after I messaged them, someone did eventually get back to me to confirm the second dispatch message was a mistake. Not sure if I”d use this company again to be honest. 3 stars because the phone number doesn’t seem to work properly and it was tiresome trying to get in contact with them.

My item arrived damaged - a parasol with a broken handle.
I’ve sent emails and sent pictures for them to not respond. When they finally responded they asked for pictures, which had already been sent and I’ve heard nothing since. I want a full refund and for your customer services to actually respond!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a garden storage box back in May that arrived damaged. After informing them of the damage they asked me to confirm if I'd accept a full replacement. I replied yes. 2 weeks later another email asking me to confirm if I'd be happy to accept a full replacement. Again I replied yes. Nothing sent, and no responses to emails since and it's now mid August, and phone line always answered with a pre recorded message asking you to email! Then no option to stay on the line or leave a message. Awful company.
