Jacksons Nurseries Bewertungen

Jodie was so helpful when there was a problem with my order (my fault, the address was incorrect). She liaised with the delivery company. The plants we redelivered back to the nursery where they opened them, checked and watered them, repackaged and sent it to the correct address. Great plants seemingly unaffected by their extended journey. Thanks again Jodie

Ordered plants, & a tree from Jackson’s nurseries. All arrived in perfect condition. Lovely healthy plants, delivered, & packed so well. Delighted with all. Excellent friendly communication throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you ever so much Jackson’s nurseries, Stoke-on-Trent.

I ordered potentilla from the company because they had a much wider selection and the prices were very good. I queried delivery by mobile text and received a phone call back within ten minutes explaining which was a wow for me. My plants arrived beautifully packed and very healthy. I couldn’t be happier. Would recommend highly.

Delivery was quick and the plants were not only very good value for the size compared to alternative nurseries but were also great quality when they arrived. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

This is an extremely easy review to submit. I have just received my order of Hybrid Tea Roses from Jackson's Nurseries in excellent condition. They arrived within 2 days from ordering.
Delivered by a courteous and punctual courier.
The packaging is superb, and obviously carried out by a professional and efficient member of staff.I
I cannot rate this firm highly enough. It has been a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you Jackson's, you now have a new regular customer.
Sincerely Mike McCormack.

The plants are in great condition and are well packed and shipped I have used a lot of online nurseries and none beats this one keep up the good work Jackson’s Nursery

It’s my first time using Jackson’s Nurseries, and it won’t be the last. I ordered some seed potatoes and I received them a few days later. The speed and efficiency of the delivery was excellent.
Some of the order was missing, however when I phoned up customer services they were very understanding and obliging and hey presto the next morning the rest of my order was delivered! Very impressive. A straight forward and easy company to deal with. Excellent service.Thank you Jackson’s Nurseries.

I bought my Christmas Tree from this company. I couldn’t fault it, a lovely tree which hardly dropped a needle and is in my garden with a view to digging it up for Christmas 2025! Great customer service too.

Bought my Christmas tree from here, barely any needle drops, gorgeous tree.

Best Christmas tree we have ever had.
Stayed fresh all the way through from 18th until 5th, and barely dropped a needle.

We visited Jacksons Tea Rooms to meet up with family and have a meal. This was our first time there and we were very impressed with the layout and facilities of the Tea Room. Tim, one of the staff members looked after our table for six from the minute we arrived to when we left and was friendly and very jovial and his service was excellent. I would highly recommend you visit for yourselves and you won't be disappointed.

I was a bit dubious about buying a Christmas tree online, but Jacksons have supplied and delivered me one of the nicest trees we have ever purchased! Fantastic service & delivery.

UPDATE: Experience made much better by Luke who responded promptly and suggested a solution for my problem. He got back to me within a day of posting my review and offered a partial refund, as well as agreed to fix the issue that caused my problem in the first place. Despite being displeased with the product I have to commend the customer service, as my problem has been fixed.

Sadly unhappy with tree but customer service from Jacksons was excellent. Immediate offer to replace or refund.
Many thanks to Luke for his help and understanding.

Placed an order for a pot grown Christmas tree.
Great communication from both the company and the courier. Tree delivered on time and in lovely condition.
Also very competitive price.
Would highly recommend!!

Everything about this order was oustanding. Customer Services corrected my mistake in the original order, and told me they would email a confirmation when the items were ready. Email arrived and the delivery company APC was within 10 minutes of the given time.
Best of all the bare rooted plants had a really well developed root ball. 100% positive experience.

Me and my partner have been ordering Christmas trees and some other items now and again from Jacksons for a few years now. The quality is consistently outstanding. On the rare occasion I have used customer services they are very friendly and helpful. A business worth supporting.

Products, delivery service & packaging all very good.
My experience of their web site caused a problem. I ordered 6 items but they only had four, so I amended my order to four. However the site at checkout charged me for six. It was weekend so no staff to sort it out. Monday they sorted it immediately, giving a refund.

Ordered online from a good selection. Kept informed regarding delivery. Plants arrived in good condition.
Thank you.
