Absolutely brilliant breakfast. Table of 11 - prompt, polite service. The food was above and beyond expectation and priced really reasonably.

No hesitation in going back or recommending :)

Delivery was prompt, plants were in good condition, Slightly rootbound but expected for the size of them, they were huge.

Ordered some perennials from Jacksons, was really pleased with what I received, they was well packaged and delivered quickly. Will definitely be returning and recommending this company to family and friends.

Fantastic food and brilliant service from all the staff.Would recommend this Jacksons nursery in Bagnall Stoke-on-Trent to anyone. Well worth a visit.

My second time ordering from this company and I'm always very happy with my order. The plants are really well packaged and happy and healthy too. Will definitely be back!

I ordered some plants this Monday by their website. Acknowledgements were sent a few minutes later.
Jacksons and the courier notified me yesterday (Wednesday) of the proposed arrival today (Thursday).
The plants arrived today, well packaged. The plants were of excellent quality and are now planted in the garden.
Will definitely use them again.

My first purchase from Jacksons Nurseries. Rose 'Glorie De Dijon'. Most Nurseries only have this to send out as bare root from November. I wanted one in a pot, ready to plant now. Beautiful, healthy, multi-stemmed rose, covered in buds, just arrived. Also when I called before ordering, just to double check that they definitely had this, got through quickly to a lady who was very helpful. Rose was very reasonably priced too.

We met a lovely girl called Keeley who works in the farm shop. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent customer service. Thank you Keeley

This is the first time I've ordered from Jacksons Nurseries, but it certainly won't be the last! Ordered a Rhododendron and a Mahonia, both of which were much larger and more established than I'd expected for the very reasonable price. Very well packaged. What more can you ask. I now have to buy another large pot, but I'm certainly not complaining!

We have bought a lot of bare root Laurels over the last 2 years and now I can see how well they have done it seemed a good time to right a review. When they arrived they looked really healthy, the growth has been extremely good. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Really good plant at a fair price. I requested expedited delivery because of a birthday and they responded to both a phone call and email. VERY GOOD SERVICE.

This place clearly care about customer service, I’d had a bit of a bad experience but after a short chat with one of the owners it was turned around. Rare to find a company to actually care these days!

As a competion winner Jackson Nurseries acted with full professionalism in a timely manner and all communication was swift , accurate and polite .

We received a beautiful David Austin rose from Jacksons Nurseries. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. The rose is a substantial size, and looks sturdy and healthy, and the rose buds a beautiful colour. We are sure that the rose will last for many years, and will brighten up the garden. Will definitely order again, recommended.

I am delighted with the rhododendron lutea that I ordered from Jacksons in April. The plant was in excellent condition, beautifully packed and excellent value for money. I have had mixed experiences buying plants on line - some very good some not to but if this is typical of the quality of Jacksons plants I will definitely be buying more!

I ordered a beautiful koto no Ito acer and that’s exactly what I got. I’ve wanted one for ages. Others I have seen have been so expensive. The acer I bought was a really good price under £30 and it was a nice size. I asked in the notes when ordering for some lower branches as I was hoping for a bushier plant rather than a pole. When I received the tree it was packaged so well in a suitable box so the delivery driver knew to keep it upright. It was in absolutely perfect condition. I would most definitely order again and highly recommend.

I ordered 3 plants from Jackson’s as I was unable to find what I wanted locally. I am absolutely delighted with the plants. They are really healthy and way bigger/more established than I had hoped (always difficult to know when buying online) and I am sure the equivalent would have cost me significantly more if I had managed to find them in our local plant nurseries. They were also very well packaged. I will definitely use Jackson’s again if I am on the look out for more shrubs.

Healthy plants & well secured when posted. It was my second time that I ordered plants from the grower. Good website with easy to follow tabs helping novice gardeners decide what to purchase. The 'At a Glance' section when selecting a plant is great; one can quickly see what the plant needs. Prices are also very good. Fast shipping and like others here said, very securely wrapped when posted in sturdy boxes. I will be buying again in the future

I have ordered various bamboo plants from this nursery online and they have all been well packed and healthy looking when they arrived. Any issues with stock availability were sorted out promptly with Jodie with the option of choosing another plant or refund given. I would recommend Jacksons as some other online plant sellers are have sent me horrendous specimens

Plant arrived well packed and in great condition. Customer service were also friendly and helpful when I emailed for a delivery update.
