Jacksons Nurseries Bewertungen

As usual, Jackson’s delivered a lovely shrub. Healthy, well packed, no damage and delivered by efficient courier. So reliable. Instant advice so you know what’s going on. Many thanks.

Visited here a few weeks ago. I wanted some advice about best trees to put up along my drive way and to be honest didn't have a clue what was best.
Spoke to a real gent, named Phil. He was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable and gave me a few options to decide from. I can't fault him.

All other staff were friendly too and there is a huge selection of plants/trees to choose from.

A lovely Caffe and shop are also there, so plenty to see.

Trees look great where I have planted them.

Ordered three climbers.
They arrived very well packaged and not long after ordering. They are super plants and look really healthy and much more mature than I was expecting.
Brilliant service.

My order for a philodelphus arrived quickly, it was very well packaged and is a really good specimen. I would highly recommend Jackson's Nurseries

I ordered a substantial maple tree online and it arrived in perfect condition and is stunning. I've not seen anything so healthy from any garden centre (even on personal visits) for a long time.

It was a largish tree and was packed superbly, so it travelled without any damage whatsoever. I wished I lived nearer because I'd definitely visit in person. I'd have no hesitation in ordering plants online from Jacksons again. *Thank you* for my beautiful tree!

I have just ordered a rose for a special gift for a family friend. Jodie, who served me over the phone, was the most absolutely lovely and helpful lady. Nothing was too much trouble.
I can highly recommend Jacksons Nurseries for online/telephone sales. Ourstanding!

Superb on so many levels: Friendly, knowledgeable & helpful Sales Team Staff; Quality of plants sent; Very impressive packaging of plants (24), that arrived in perfect condition; They use excellent couriers.
This Nursery was new to me, but I will not hesitate to use it again and will be recommending them to my neighbours. Sincere thanks and well done!

This was my first visit here and the customer service was excellent. I needed some advice on a few plants and Phil was friendly, super helpful and helped me find what I needed. Will definitely be back!

I had two orders delivered in a week and have waited until the second one arrived to give my comments. The packing was excellent and the parcels were left in the right place. All the plants were in fantastic condition except one looked a wee bit sad. Fresh air and sunshine sorted that out. Everybody that helped me with my orders were excellent and very helpful. Now to fill the pots!

My plants arrived today, delivery took a bit longer than it said on the website but the plants were very well packed and are in great condition. I normally try to avoid buying plants online because you never know what you get but this was a very good experience and I can definitely recommend this company!

I was disappointed with the arrival of a rose I ordered in memory of my mum it was not in a healthy condition, I rang jacksons nurseries and forward on photos to show them why I was not happy with the rose, after some communication problems I spoke to the sales team and within 24 hours I had received my replacement, I have to say I am very impressed how they dealt with the whole situation and will happily order from them again.

Just wanted to say how delighted I was with the rose I ordered from Jacksons, not only did it arrive when they said it would, but the flower is in fantastic conditions, this was a gift for someone so I am delighted with the service

Customer service is excellent, the Phyllostachys Nigra was well packed in a very healthy condition, unlike other companies I have dealt with, you could actually speak to someone on the phone will definately be using them in the future. Prompt efficient and professional service.

The website was easy to navigate, order process too. I chose a Azalea Golden Eagle for a friend and had it delivered to her. I was informed when it had been despatched and tracking info easy to use. It arrived within the time limit allotted and in beautiful condition as it had been well packed.

Perfect plants , fabulous condition , delivered express no issues , very pleased with service and hep from Vladimir especially .

Easy to find what i wanted on the website and as I was ordering a couple of items unavailable in my local garden centre it was worth paying the P&P

Great communication via email of my order/delivery. It turned up on time and the plants were well packaged and in good condition.

Would definitely use Jackson Nurseries again for such an order

I recently visited Jackson’s as I am redoing my back garden. I was so impressed by the range of plants at very reasonable prices. Got some super advice from a gentleman with a welsh accent (sorry didn’t get a name) and consequently returned home with a boot full of plants! Coffee and home made cake were a bonus too. Thank you Jackson’s!

I needed to buy some plants at short notice so spoke to the nursery direct, Kirsty took my call and was very helpful and managed to arrange a quick delivery of a selection of 47 different plants. The delivery driver, Julian, was great - really friendly and helped to unload the plants safely in the garden. I am happy to recommend the team and plants to anyone looking for great service and quality :)

My second order with this company and i love the plants, they are so beautiful and healthy and very well packed for delivery. Excellent service!!! I will definitely order more. Thank you!!

We had a small breakfast, which was quite expensive for the size. The quality of the food was dreadful, the sausage was bland and obviously a cheap brand. The bacon was tasteless and so were the mushrooms. Very poor quality altogether.
