On 26 January when Ishka was promoting all things salt lamp, I ordered 4 packs of four salt lamp globes.

They arrived at the beginning of February and when we tried to use one globe in a salt lamp, it exploded, short circuiting the house.

We thought it must have just been that particular globe so tried another. That exploded too.

We’ve always used Ishka salt lamp globes for all our Ishka salt lamps, of which we have four, so are both surprised and dismayed this has happened. 

Maybe they were ordered from overseas and they are not suitable for Australian 240v  power? 

I’ve emailed ishka twice but have received no reply.

So typical of Ishka. Zero customer service, and zero responsibility taken.

Meanwhile, I have spent $63.80 AUD for which I have nothing to show.

Purchased multiple times online. products are always good quality, shipping is fast and reasonable. Great to deal with.

I only gave 1 I wouldn't have gave that if could had wrote a review without a score I I haven't received my order its 6wks now n I can't contact anyone to find out where my order is ...very bad customer service

Don’t respond to correspondence at all. Will never buy again.

no delivery of clothing, so I emailed 5 times no reply, I called, and no phone number. this business needs to be shut down. I wish I had read reviews before sending money. don't purchase

I ordered a chest of drawers on the 2nd of Feb and am trying to find out the order status. I have contacted Ishka via email (online @ ishka) but the emails keep bouncing back. I have filled in a form online, but have received no reply. When I try to track using my order number, it says no such order exists. Is this a scam? I spent $348 and I want a reply.

I have placed an order on 08.01.2023, no correspondence and communication back, holding on for about 2 hours, nobody phoning back.
Ishka will take the price for the worse customer service I have ever experienced.
Left multiple messages on the message bank, no replies. Today is 27 February and no correspondence back as yet. This is ridiculous.

They didn't send me my order. Told me I'd get a refund in 5 business days - never refunded me and 4 weeks later I've had to contact consumer affairs. I still haven't received my refund and nobody answers their head office phones, their online store number is always busy and they don;t respond to emails.

This company is a scam. They just don’t send your items, promise a refund that never happens. Couldn’t be more dissatisfied and frankly angry that they’ve just taken my money and that’s it!

Do not buy from Ishka. I ordered something as a Christmas present back in November 2022, it never arrived and despite 4 emails to their contact address no one from Ishka has ever contacted me. I am still waiting for my order (more than 3 months later) or the refund I have now requested. Any forrm of contact would be a good start.

If Zero or Minus 2 was available, that would be my pick. Have been having problems with this company since December 2021, when son bought 3 gift vouchers, for my three granddaughters.
Only a small part of this order was received. The rest was cancelled with the offer of a SORRY giftvoucher. We reordered and bought additional products, only one item received. No response to letters and emails and same goods offered at a higher price.
It is illegal in Australia to advertise at one price and then charge another or to offer stock for sale which you do not have.
I have contacted them again today. If the repsonse is unsatisfactory i.e. our money back in full, not another voucher, I will also report to Consumer Affairs and on Social Media. I too wish I had checked this before ordering. What an unreliable company.
I will never purchase from this company again.

Despite repeated attempts to get any response on this order from December last year I am really frustrated and have zero confidence at their ability to engage and assist.Too many online stores promise the earth and can't even deliver dust. Customer's beware cause they dont care.

I have been waiting over 6 weeks for $200 worth of items to be delivered. I have emailed twice with no response.

It's clear this is either a scam or an incredibly disorganised company. I have requested a refund...we shall see.

There are clearly lots of unhappy people!

I ordered 3 items on the 4th of December. It is now the 15th of February and I still have not received my order. I have emailed their customer support 4 times now and have had no responses.

Terrible service, ordered 20 December 2022 - a small pair of easily dispatched earrings. Contacted ISHKA on various occasions, no courtesy of response and still not received purchase 6weeks plus later. Would not recommend ordering from

ISHKA online is a scam! I've not received my order in over 2 weeks, no response to an email and calling the office leads to a dead number. I had one email straight from purchase saying thank you, but no receipt or order number, or record of what I purchased.

seen many people have reported Ishka online to the ACCC, which is what I am now doing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

This business is a scam business. Do not buy from here. Taking money and not supplying the product. Only contactable via chat and it is a robotic response. The response states that no refund is available.

No delivery..always making excuses 6 weeks,later saying shipment hasn't arrived..purchased via,Afterpay who shoukd be aware that this business is a scam..

Took my money but never provided the items ordered. I've sent multiple messages and emails & they either don't reply or say they will refund in 5-8 business days. My order was placed in August 2022. It's now Feb 2023 and I still haven't been refunded. They are extremely unethical and have prevented comments being put on their fb page as there were so many disgruntled customers who have purchased online, received nothing, and never got their money back. Buyer beware.
