Poor Service
The service is really very very poor.
There is no customer contact number. There is no one who is available on the help line. Furthermore the worst aspect of this is that you pay upfront for your goods, and it is not delivered as promised. At the moment, it is now approximately 2 months and I have not as yet received my goods.
Absolutely useless
Ordered a few items from their site. After 3 weeks nothing had been dispatched so I messaged asking why. If there was a delay or issue. No answer just a 10% off next order voucher emailed thru. 3 weeks later. Still nothing dispatched so messaged again. Get a reply saying sorry there is a backlog but promised it would be sent that following Tuesday. (4 days away). Another week and a half goes by still nothing. Message again oh sorry we don't have any of the items you ordered would you like store credit or refund. I ask for a refund and am told it will take 7 days just to process it. And then however long for the bank to process. NEVER by from these useless con artists
This business needs to be investigated
This business needs to be investigated. They are taking customers money & not providing any items paid for. They will not respond to any attempts to contact them, they will not respond to requests for refunds. THEY ARE IN BREACH OF CONSUMER LAW.
There is a growing group of angry customers looking to start legal action to recoup all the payments Ishka have taken & to report them to ACCC & relevant trading standards depending on state.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
I've had an appalling experience with ISHKA's online orders
I've had an appalling experience with ISHKA's customer service. I ordered a floor rug in early December 2022 and this item has not been delivered. I have attempted to follow up with ISHKA numerous times via online support, a phone number I finally found and FB messenger since December, however I've had no response. It's disappointing to read on Ishka's google reviews how many others have had appalling customer service experiences with their online orders. I highly recommend not to order Ishka's online items. I'm seeking legal advice and reporting Ishka to the ACCC.

PLEASE EVERYONE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BUYUNG FROM ISHKA. I made an order on 30th of November, 2022 worth $285.66. Because they were online exclusive items shipped from their supplier overseas, they said it takes 4-5 weeks for delivery. I waited and waited and my parcel did not show up. When you call Ishka, no one answers. They give you an option to press 1 for a callback, then the hold music keeps playing and they repeat ‘press 1 for a callback’ all over again. When you email them, no one replies. The only way to get into contact with them is via live chat. A few weeks later, I contacted them and asked for an update as it was supposed to have been delivered by then but I hadn’t even received a tracking number yet, they told me they’re overwhelmed with orders and ETA is 28/12-4/1. I left it and waited a bit longer. Especially because it was around Christmas and New Years, I was more understanding as around that time companies are always overwhelmed with orders. On the 3rd of January, I contacted them again and asked what’s happening, they told me it’s on the suppliers prep and pack list. I left it again and waited some more. Then I contacted them on the 26th of January, 8 weeks after I placed my order and they said since it has passed the 4-5 week mark, I can have a refund which I agreed to. Almost 2 weeks later, I still didn’t receive a refund. You know who gave me a refund? You’d think Ishka obviously right since they’re the company I bought from and the ones that didn’t provide the products I paid money for? Nope. Afterpay refunded me. I used Afterpay as my payment method and opened a dispute with them on 25th of January. Today, the 8th of February, exactly 10 weeks after I placed my order, AFTERPAY REFUNDED ME, NOT ISHKA. They told me the merchant did not respond within the agreed time frame therefore a refund has been issued. Thank god for Afterpay or I truly believe I never would have been refunded. IF YOU PAID WITH AFTERPAY- PLEASE OPEN A DISPUTE WITH THEM, THEY’RE MUCH MORE LIKELY TO REFUND YOU THAN ISHKA. When I contacted Ishka a couple days ago, wanting to know the status of my refund, they say they’re just customer service and it’s the finance team that processes refunds and their hands are tied. I asked if there’s any number I can call to speak to an actual person, they gave me one, it says ‘user busy’ which I believe means it’s not even connected. Moral of this story and countless others you can see in the reviews, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, DO NOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS YOU ORDER AND DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I was so stressed out for weeks, thinking hundreds of dollars of my hard earned money just went down the drain and felt helpless until I got my refund today. I also reported Ishka to the Australian Consumer Commission. Their business is totally corrupt. Also another thing, they have all the time in the world sending you email after email of their promotional rubbish, but can’t help customers. Useless customer service, no updates, no refund and no care for the customer whatsoever. They only have one store, in Clayton VIC and I don’t live anywhere near there so couldn’t even go into a store to talk to someone. They also turned off comments on their Instagram and you have to follow them for more than 24 hours on Facebook to write a comment, which shows they know what comments they will get, that customers are not happy, but they don’t want to admit they did wrong and help customers. 1 star out of 5? More like 0 stars.
Items never were delivered and no refund was provided!
A while ago I ordered a few items off the website. After this I received two emails saying that due to supply chain issues my items could not be delivered and I would be offered store credit or I could reply to the email to instead receive a refund. I did this and have not received a refund for the missing items. Additionally, I got an email to say that the socks I ordered were sent, but they never arrived.
Have sent many emails and have tried calling only to be hung-up on.
Update: I decided to try again today (7/2/23) to contact Ishka, this time through the webchat. They finally gave me a partial refund (although the person I was talking to wouldn't give me a full refund for the missing items), but I suppose that after waiting months this is better than nothing.
Don't buy online - no product, no refund
My first online purchase was cancelled after 6 weeks with no explanation. I submitted a new order which was also cancelled. I have sent numerous emails, all unanswered, and tried the online chat to request a refund, also ineffective. I have been trying to resolve this matter since August 2022. I will try visiting a store next. That should be fun!

I wish I could give NO STAR rating to this pathetic company that scams people out of their money., with the promise of supply goods ordered online but with no way of making direct contact with them if the order is not received. No stock of what I ordered and paid for.
4 months later the company issued me with a credit voucher. I wrote to them and asked for a refund instead. No response.
A couple of months later I also tried to use the voucher and it says invalid.
Phoned their warehouse - phone disconnected. Chat function on their site does not work. Completely ripped off by this company. It’s a scam!!! Don’t buy from them.

Never Order Online From Ishka
Ordered online from Ishka, the order never turned up. Spent hours on the phone to be told my card would be refunded, this has not happened. They are a scam do not buy from them online.

I can't believe the number of reviews here complaining of the same disgusting experience that I've been having with this black market store Ishka. How they are still allowed to trade is rubbish. I am also out of pocket nearly $500 since August 22. All I wanted was a refund after they admitted they couldn't provide the items I ordered. ☆I am also going to report them to the ACCC. This is straight forward stealing.

I ordered an item for Christmas in November and when it didn't arrive by 19 December I began querying it through Ishka's online 'help'. What a joke that has been! Today - 25 January - is the first time I actually 'spoke' to someone! Suffice it to say Ishka cannot be trusted, they weren't forthcoming as to how long the item I ordered was going to take to arrive and they have wiped their hands of it. I reiterate: worst online shopping experience EVER and my advice is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Pathetic company. I placed an order before Christmas and still nothing. They don't respond to email either. Some chatbot on messenger takes you nowhere with no outcome. My wife currently has the same problem. These people look and act like criminals and scammers. Never again...
