They look like everyday accessories but they are actually safety devices. There is a button hidden on the backside. Simply double-click the button to immediately text up-to five people a link to your GPS location and to let them know you need help. You can also enable the free 9-1-1 feature (US only) to connect with 9-1-1 dispatchers.

The customer service representative is so kind, patient with me, Having recent brain trauma and not tech savvy. She is absolutely wonderful and ALWAYS fixes my problem. The same woman reaches out to me if I email with a question, within minutes!
These devices are a LITERAL LIFE SAVER!!! I don't leave home without it. The full ADT services are soo well worth having. These are truly amazing devices. I have been selling these to everyone I show my devices to. Even my doctor and his nurses were amazed, have children. They are amazed & have ALL bought at least 1-2 devices after I sent each person the link to your website. I feel these devices are under advertised. Meaning they are WAY better than the commercial implied. I WISH I HAD MORE DEVICES! I almost lost my life, if I had this device then, I could've called for help, discreetly. I do NOT leave home without it. I sleep with it next to my head. These devices are absolutely amazing. My only wish is to be able to afford more. INVISAWEAR IS THE BEST!!!!

Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant and quick to help. The Invisaware necklace is attractive and easy to wear. I decided to no longer use it, however, since there is a monthly charge. I decided to go with a different one time purchase device. Although it isn’t nearly as appealing, or as easy to wear, I’m not paying a monthly fee.

I am very disappointed I need help with set up. I have emailed four times requested a call back and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. This is basically useless and a waste of money. I will update this review if and when somebody returns my call.

My kids gave this to me after my husband died. I really like it. I have not had to use but it does make me feel safe. You guys always check up on me to make sure it's working properly.

My college granddaughter first got the Invisawear necklace and it pleased me that she’d be safe away at school.
Thereafter I bought my own necklace and at 79 years old, it does make me feel more secure to be out and about.

It needs to be waterproof. I've had 2 necklaces, and they have both been immobilized, because of getting wet in the shower.

The jewelry is a lovely way to wear a device. It doesn't scream, "I may need help!" Giving up independence is deeply difficult for elderly relatives, wearing something pretty that's simple to use makes the process of using a device much easier.

The charm is dependable in contacting help, and the battery seems to last more than a year. I like that it is attractive - all the other emergency devices I have seen are quite ugly and utilitarian. I wear the silver charm on a chain around my neck - either a silver one (I upgraded to sterling, and it's a nice improvement over the chain that comes with it) to coordinate with the charm or a black silk one to pick up the color I wear most often. I actually like both of them.

I feel safe with it it’s very convenient. The only thing is I wish that their bracelets were larger because I would’ve loved to have the bracelet instead of a necklace.

Beyond exceptional customer service. This device is the BEST secretive security blanket as of yet! I do not leave without it. Take it from someone who couldn't get to their phone and wasn't supposed to live. If I had only known about this device sooner, I would've had it and have been able to discreetly alert 911. It's my LUFESAVER!! The ADT service is beyond well worth it too!! So many features I wasn't aware of until I explored the app a little bit. Myself and my loved ones wear invisaWear with full ADT services 24/7. I have literally sold these devices to anyone I got into a conversation with. Ex: I had to remove it at my doctor's office, to remove my jacket & said it's just so no false alarms & explained what my bracelet was. I sold it to the triage nurses, who have young children taking themselves to school, my doctor who has 2 daughters in college. Everyone who I talk to about it, plus ADT, I also send a website link to, and they all buy & are excited to tell me about it!! Too easy to get used to leaving app running in background and really doesn't take up any battery at all. Best buys ever!! I could even use more!!!

During the Christmas shopping season, I get uncomfortable crossing parking lots with packages. My Invisawear helped me because I knew I could get help quickly if something happened. Being able to talk to someone while getting to my car or door is a handy thing, also. My only complaint is the chains for the neck charms need to be stronger. I have had to use my own because they break quickly. Also, it would be nice to have magnetic clasps for older people to get it off/on for bathing. If not included, offered separately. Otherwise, I love Invisawear!
