This makes me feel safer going out and on dates. As a social media influencer I needed to feel safe and this does just that. Not gonna lie I’ve used it 3 times for emergency situations since I got it. It’s a lifesaver.!!

Very impressed with this company

Very impressed with this company. I had a Birdie before but decided to give this company a try, and not only do I love my bracelet but the customer service is unbelievable! They call back right away and have been very helpful with questions.

The App is very easy to use

The App is very easy to use. I have the keychain which is great because I take my keys with me everywhere. I like that it reminds you to test your device periodically and no monthly fees if you don't want to do the ADT partnership.

Was having trouble connceting my charm…

Was having trouble connceting my charm to my app for my monthy test and they sent me instructions and called to make sure I was able to figure it out and answer any questions I had. Great service!

I feel secure with my Invisawear…

I feel secure with my Invisawear bracelet. It quit working. Didn’t realize that with a new phone I had to do blue tooth again.
Christine called and talked me through connecting. Now I feel confident again.
She was patient and efficient.
I thank you so much.
I gave my physical therapist info about Invisawear. I’m sure she will spread the word to her patients.

Broke after a week

I received my necklace and I work it for about a week before the button part fell out of the cover. I didn't think they'd send me a new one if I asked so I didn't bother and have been trying to keep it glued in myself w clear nail polish and glue and have been unsuccessful. It was just disappointing that I spent over $100 on a safety necklace that broke/was practically nonfunctional after only a week of wear.

The actual device needs help

The actual device needs help. Both chains sent to me have broken, and the pendant is starting to tarnish. Just really disappointed that I spent so much money on the device.

For maximum life of your invisaWear charms, please always remember:

1.) Do not put your charm in water or let water get on it. It is okay if it is worn during the rain or if it is exposed to sweat during exercise.
2.) If you wear lotions, hair sprays, and perfume, please put them on and allow them to dry before wearing your invisaWear jewelry.
3.) Keep your jewelry away from chemicals and be sure to keep it in a jewelry box when not wearing it.
4.) If you put on hand sanitizer, be sure to put it on without any invisaWear bracelet charms on.
5.)Please avoid storing the charm in a place where it could be pressed without your knowledge. For example in your pocket, wallet, bottom of a purse or jewelry box under other items.

We recommend using a microfiber towel or even soft tissues to clean before and after wearing. No jewelry cleaner is needed.

Worth every penny!

I love the ease of setting up the app and I love the look of the jewelry. The peace of mind I feel when I am out and about alone or alone with my baby is invaluable.

I been trying to reach their customer service to cancel my subscription foe the past three months and nothing is happening. what kind of customer service do they have...none

After the them “replying” and having a computer do their job I was left feeling the same way with the company. I no for a fact you will never be reached out by an actual person
