I have purchased more than 6 of these charms over a 2 year period. I've also purchased several for friends and family. Unfortunately most have had either mechanical or electronic failure. I could live with this because the customer service had been so great with Christine. However my most recent replacement, which took weeks to arrive, started to separate from the metal case (held in only by two sided tape), and the company has passed me off to another rep "Ray" who is more interested in blaming me for the failure than in providing a remedy. This new charm was only worn 12 times when it separated. Every time one of these fails... and they all do, the company is increasingly unwilling to take responsibility. I have not abused these in any way. There are MAJOR design failures and the materials are cheap. This company is going to put itself out of business. The concept is EXCELLENT, but the design in junk. Save your money.

Excellent customer service, they helped me set up my necklace, and they were extremely patient with me while I got things figured out. I thankfully haven't had to use my necklace yet, but every time I test it out it works perfectly.

I feel confident going out places where I have a data connection and where my phone is within Bluetooth range. I like the friendly service representatives that are available to help should I need them. This device and service has helped me gain independence as a woman. My daughter fell, caught the chain on something and landed on the pendant- it broke. Bothe the chain and the pendant. I don’t know how reliable it would be in an attack if it broke that easily. Not to mention it was $150.
