Thank God for intercounty, there should be more estate agents like them. I had gone to about 3 estate agents before intercounty and they were…you can fill in the gap ☺️. When I found a property I liked I was a bit skeptical about calling and viewing but I did and I’m now lounging on my sofa and sipping hot coco 😋. Mollie attended to me and made me feel like a superstar 😂. She was so friendly and professional I couldn’t believe people like her still existed. She was always in touch either by phone or email to keep me in the loop. I think she deserves a promotion 👍. Thank you Mollie and everyone working at intercounty Harlow branch, you guys are amazing 😊👏

Intercounty has been professional and helpful from the start of the selling and buying process. Great selling rates compared to some others in the town.

Intercounty staff have been helpful and have morals along with their professionalism, unlike some in the town.

I loved the experience with intercounty. I came to Harlow, didn't manage to get the time to get a view. Mollie was kind enough to go in to the flat and send me a video of the flat which I picked online. was quite sceptical. when I get to the place I found it perfect. Everything is in order indeed.

We recently exchanged on a property in Thaxted through Intercounty at Saffron walden. Throughout the whole, sometimes stressful process, they assisted us in a calm and professional manner. 12 months of emails, quotes and excuses. If you fancy paying market rates on a rental that isn't market rentable, Intercounty are the Estate Agent for you!

It's understandable that Covid has caused some serious delays but 12 months on and we're still asking for maintenance to fix kitchen cupboards, the front door, black mould on walls and sealant around the bath.

It's only been a month asking for maintenance to reseal the bath plughole so we can have a bath without contents spilling onto the floor.

We had enjoyed 5 years renting this property without any issues. The past 12 months however has been so frustrating that I've directly contacted the Landlord to see if there is a reason why there has been such a delay. Our Landlord has also been experiencing issues with Intercounty and their poor communication & property management. Sadly for her she's also paying them management fees.

I'd encourage people to try another Estate Agent because Intercounty really aren't doing the job they're paid to do.

The team at Intercounty at Sawbridgeworth were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.
Mostly dealt with Dan,Sarah, Marian and Mollie. From purchase to letting they were efficient informative and took all the stress away as you could leave them to do everything.

I have just let out my house in Church Langley. Dan, Mollie and Will were great in helping me through the process and finding a tenant within a week of going on the market! Thank you very much.

Emma Clyde has gone beyond all expectations showed enthusiasm, politeness , friendly, prompt in answering any questions I have had and made it an enjoyable experience. In the final weeks of the conveyancing process ( late March) PL worked hard to remain neutral and achieve a positive outcome despite a deal of frustrations which frankly almost called the whole deal off. She maintained professionalism and humour throughout working to conclude 6 months of negotiations started in September by her colleague Debbie Davies. We are grateful to both for going the extra miles.
One small niggle was on the day of completion when key handover delegated to Dunmow office was shambolic despite clear instructions from PL and the lawyers.

Me and my boyfriend are first time renters and were looking for a place we could move into quick. Intercounty did exactly that! We were moved in within a month of viewing the property which was exactly what we wanted!

Mollie at Intercounty was so helpful during our viewings and moving in. She was so nice, super quick to respond to messages regarding any questions we had and was just helpful all round. If we end up moving again I'll be asking for Mollie! Thank you Mollie!
