Recently dealt with Molly Harrison-Stent at Intercounty, Old Harlow, regarding obtaining a tenant for an apartment. Molly was most helpful and everything went very smoothly. Other members of staff at this branch were also most helpful. Telephone calls are answered promptly. Appointments are easy to make and all the staff with whom I had dealings were pleasant and helpful.

Mollie helped us with our recent move. Very professional and supportive throughout the whole process putting our minds at ease.

Our offer got accepted on a property. Our solicitors carried out searches and reported back with a shocking find. 10,000 homes + major intersections were being built in & around this beautiful historical village, where the property was located. We asked the estate agents on numerous occasions about any pertinent information which could effect the property.

When the estate agent was confronted (Sarah G) she was unapologetic and couldn’t care less. Her attitude was appalling and proves yet again at how 99.9% of estate agents are clueless amateurs.

Couldn't fault our experience with Intercounty, especially Rebecca at our Chelmsford branch, communication was excellent and everything during our rental process was explained step by step.
When we actually collected our keys we were given a welcome to your new home box from Intercounty which included some lovely treats ! What a lovely touch!
