Step-7: Follow-up call - Asked for program plan i.e. how will training transition into job hunting
Step-8: Received Contract that was way off with focus on trainings but no mentioned on post training hiring assistance program
Step-9: Raised discrepancies same with point of contact
Step-10: Received email stating that they reviewed my candidature and didn't find suitable for this program and they can enroll me.

My gut has proven me right again. Few things that triggered for me.
1. Didn't shared program details in writing
2. Not having face time with Shobhit
3. Online review and Shobhit linkedIn profile
4. Recording call without consent that shobhit might be listening offline

I am not saying they are fraud but they are definitely running this business bit like novice.

Saw your reply below and by no means i can judge your program effectiveness and i am sure it's good because i almost made my mind with some doubts mentioned above but the sequence of event for selection after reviewing my LinkedIn profile twice, talking to me, finalizing payment structure and then suddenly send me an email stating this program is not fit seems bit shady.

Don't want this feedback to impact your business and neither it's reflective of the quality of work you might be doing but it's more for people who are engaging with such companies and spend time in evaluating them.. Couple of weeks down the drain is a boomer for people looking for job.

Intentional Job Search (IJS) was pivotal in helping me craft my career narrative and understand the perspective of a product leader who is looking to add a Product Manager to their team. Being able to be a part of mock interviews with product leaders is what helped me improve my interviewing skills, craft the right narrative with the appropriate level of detail.

My hypothesis is that the harder you work at IJS and the resources it has to offer, the better your results will be. I was able to find a job while I was still completing my IJS training - took me 3 weeks of IJS coaching to land my first offer.

I'd highly recommend this program if you act with a sense of extreme urgency in your career, are able to spend hours of effort working on improving your resume, interested in learning how to craft the best product management narrative, and are open to receiving and implementing constructive feedback you will receive from your coaches.

I had a great time at intentional product manager. The clear path, guidance and support I receive were immense.

Shobhit and team were great to work with. The clear path and guide to prep with honest, constructive feedback from the coaches were key for me to land my current role as an Associate Director of Product at a top fintech firm.

The rigour, intentionality and thoughfulness that this program brings is key and very additive to one's own prep.

Unfortunately my experience with Shobhit was not a good one. It started off well with Shobhit answering my questions honestly and transparently, providing details of the program and a fair price. However when it came to actually making a decision, he emailed me agressively with a very 'salesy' tone that I must make the decision 'today'. 'Today' for me was a Sunday I was spending with my family for the Super Bowl.

The next morning he informed me his offer was rescinded. When I exchanged emails with him he told me I did not display enough urgency for him (keep in mind, I'm spending the day with my family on a Sunday and still discussing the financials with my wife).

Overall I believe in his business was what Intentional Product Manager is trying to achieve. However the aggressive approach is not for me. I prefer an approach based on 'trusting' a product. Shobhit's approach felt like a poor display of empathy, a lack of understanding of his cusotmer, and ironically enough, bad product management..

I really enjoyed my experience with Intentional Product Manager and would highly recommend to anyone who is actively looking for a job.

I was moving back to the US after many years away and hadn't interviewed in a while. Shobhit and Sam have an extremely structured approach in helping applicants get ready. They have a checklist of items that you have to finish every week and this really helps keep things on track.

The program helps with both the small details and the bigger challenges in preparing for an interview. The small details can sometimes make a remarkable difference and the fact that you can get feedback on everything from your online profiles to your camera settings is great. To tackle the challenging case study and interview questions that you may face, IPM has super experienced interviewers who give actionable feedback that helps you get better. The program had everything I needed; story writing for behavioral stories, product sense, product strategy coaching, and mindset coaching. I can tell from my experience that I was struggling to transition from consulting to product manager. It was challenging owning the product rather than helping the client. It was a mindset change and not just a resume change. I was also trying to change industries which is particularly hard if you don't have the prior experience. I also wasn't telling the stories that would connect and reflect the best of my experience to the prospective employer. This program help me with three things:
1. change my mindset from taking the easy path of linkedin easy apply to being intentional where I apply and why I'm applying. It gave me the confidence to be very selective about the shots I'm taking.
It has helped me change my mindset to being empowered and being selective.
2. It is also being an immense help personally where I am more selective of activities I do and that frees up my time for vital activities rather than doing busy work.
3. It has taught me important things about trade-offs and how everything should be viewed with that lens.

I joined Intentional Job Search after I had been interviewing for a while. I was frustrated at being close to landing a role, but I felt something was missing that led me to not land my ideal jobs despite being in multiple final rounds.

I wanted to be more productive this time. I needed to help convince interviewers that I had the proper knowledge, skillsets, and experience. I used to pay attention to Shobhit's emails.
