Grimy on returns
Ordered an assembly, only sent part of it. I'm an opened package. Then presumed to deny return because package was opened. No padding in shipping box. Oh, and paid for next day delivery that took over a week. Worst company ever!

Payment process is horrible!!!
Payment process is horrible!!!! Had to process 3 times using PayPal. My business billing and shipping address matched just imputing my card and they still rejected it multiple times forcing me to use PayPal. They held almost 1500 of money money twice then i had to transfer money to my billing account to process in PayPal for them to release my money that should have been processed in the first place! My business has fees for card and i will not be reimbursed. They would not do merchant verification, had me reach out to my bank who told me it was the stores responsibility to do so. Over 5 hours of valuable business time of a dealership and mechanic shop owner wasted over a simple purchase!
