Absolutely the WORST customer service for a return I’ve ever experienced!

My return started off fine, then turned into a headache. Their return page linked in an email kept showing “processing,” and despite multiple attempts to get a definitive update, I got no real answers—until they suddenly denied my $635 return and blamed me for “delaying.”

Every human interaction felt ruder than the last. The final “customer service supervisor” was condescending, inflexible, and downright dismissive. It honestly felt like their company tactic to both bully and run out the clock so they wouldn’t have to honor the return.

Based on the background noises during calls, it doesn’t even sound like a real customer service operation—more like people answering on their cell phones from random locations. The whole thing felt scammy further supported by the downright rudeness from “supervisor” only added to the non-legit feel.

This was my first order with them and definitely my last. AI customer service would’ve been better, at lease more pleasant and humane.

I bought two hoses for my Infiniti FX50 for over $500, they charged me over $50 to ship and promise "Fast Shipping ." Instead, they use USPS Ground Advantage the absolute slowest shipping service possible!
I noticed before they actually shipped, so I called their "Stellar Customer Service" and they were anything but stellar! Your standard robotic agents who quote policy instead of truly trying to service their customer. Not only didn't they care, or even address the fact that they do NOT offer fast shipping, despite assuring it, but they categorically refused to change the shipping service to better match their promise! When I challenged them with the fact it hadn't actually been picked up, and they could easily cancel the current label and replace it with a Priority label, "Katie" just regurgitated the same policies she already told me!
She, and in turn her employer, don't care one bit if their customer is unsatisfied, and will not make any effort whatsoever to address any concern no matter how valid or urgent.
Shame on InfinitiPartsDeal.com, either change your corporate culture to prioritize your customers, or remove the lies published on your site!

WOW, talk about proving my point! They just replied to a complaint about their customer service being robotic & uncaring with a robotic and uncaring response! In fact, it's the exact same response they have given multiple times before, word for word!
What about actually addressing the problems!? Like explaining exactly HOW you are going to "improve and better serve our customers in the future?" Or why you continue to claim "Fast Shipping " on your site and then using the slowest shipping service possible?

Placing my order was simple and straightforward. My item was delivered on time and in perfect condition and fit my vehicle with no modifications.

I ordered a fuel pump assembly for my 2003 M45 from this company that was clearly described as the full fuel pump assembly as in the metal frame, motor and sending unit as a full drop-in part. What I got for over $500 was just the pump motor only not the entire ASSEMBLY!!!! These Unisia pumps are common, same one used on my Mitsubishi 3000GT and readily available on eBay brand new in the box for around $120. I purchased another from Car-Parts-Corner for $113. I notified IPD about my overcharging concern only to get a reply saying the part was electrical and not returnable. Well that’s fine but don’t charge me 400% for it if that’s the case not to mention the fact that the part didn’t come from IPD it came from another sub dealer SRS in WI who also gave me the runaround. These people just overcharge by four times the going rate, take your money then hand the order to some other company.
Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust them to be a decent fair company!!! They’re NOT!!!! And the same applies to S.R.Sales company. I’ve opened a dispute with Chase Bank Services about IPD and hopefully get some satisfaction from IPD at which point I’ll send the part back to SRS and they can deal with it. Not happy with either of these people.. buyer

The parts I purchased were difficult to find. I have a 2009 G37 (which I love).

I ordered two MAF sensors hoping to fix a code issue in my FX35, but the sensors made the car stall and in low performance mode. I had to switch back to the original sensors.

I asked customer service for a return, and they told me to have them tested at a dealership for verification. The dealership confirmed codes for MAF and throttle body being the main issue.

Despite following their advice, my return was denied because I had opened and installed the parts for testing.

Be careful when buying electronics parts from them—their rude RMA customer agents hang up, and act like they don't know what is happening, they don’t accept returns once installed as per return policy.

I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN, BUYERS BEWARE!!!

It was the wrong item I ordered, but was unable to work on car right away. 30 days went and I was unable to return part. $200 down the drain. I always thought it was 90 days

The correct part and on- time delivery as promised.
