It was easy to order off website and fast shipping

The order wasn't actually shipped for several days (only label printed). I had to get the car back on the road, so I ordered the parts locally and had them the next day. Once I got the parts from IPD, I immediately requested a return. Now I'm told that parts less than $8.00 cannot be returned (I ordered 5 of them), AND I'll pay a 20% restocking fee on the remainder of the order. Well, no thanks; they can keep my money. I however WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Buyer beware my friends!

I own a well known automotive repair shop in Altamonte Springs, FL. I placed an order with this company on the 15th of february 2025, after completing the order, i received a confirmation with a delivery date of 02/20/25 to 02/25/25. The first negative impact was on 02/20/25 i checked the status of the delivery and unbenounced to me i had to reconfirm my order for starters. Eventhough I thought that was odd, I did so and reconfirmed the order. Secondly, time had passed and it was now the 26th of February and still no parts. I jump back on the site to check tracking and what do you know, now there was a price increase on the parts i ordered LOL! I then chat with 3 different people on the site and suddenly now my delivery date is the 28th of February, WOW blow my mind!! I am on a schedule with a particular customer of my business and will now not be able to deliver on my promise to the customer because of this instance. This was the first and last time i will ever do business with this company.They would not offer me ANY type of resolution for thier descrepencies. SAD, SAD, SAD poor business practices.

i purchased a few parts i was told it was going to ship 2/11 i was guaranteed on the phone it would ship that day but instead they just printed a shipping lable still waiting on the part we are on day 8 now and still not shipped

I ordered an item that I didn't end up needing. They agreed to take the item back and created an RMA. I sent the item back and it was delivered to them on 9.4.24. Over the last three weeks I have called and spoke to 5 different people, including returns manager, to get my refund processed. I am still waiting for my refund as I type this review.
