Very accommodating to help me find the right car after a few choices didn't meet the spec I was after. Kevin arranged everything with me online to make it nice and easy as I wasn't available in the UK, all I had to do was fly in, sign some papers and drive off. They have a fantastic stock of cars to choose from too.

Exceptional service from start to finish, Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with, as nothing was too much trouble and he kept me informed throughout.

My experience with Imperials was second to none! I honestly can’t fault the place it was seamless throughout and I’m not just describing the process of purchasing my new car. The preparation on the car was immense, there’s simply nothing I could fault Imperials for. Main dealers don’t even match up to the experience I had with these cars. Apart from a tiny ding on the door of the car, which was hard to notice it was spotless. You could quite clearly see the car had been polished and protected on the interior and exterior! Absolutely I’d go back there again for my next car! Thank you Imperials for providing me with one of the tidiest SQ5’s on the road!

I purchased my Porsche from Imperial last month. I’ve had no issues. I wish to say a special thanks to Daniel who could not have done any more to help me with all my questions. Daniel is informative & very likeable. I would highly recommend him to buy a vehicle from.

Excellent experience. Both Daniel and Charlie were very knowledgeable and made the buying experience very enjoyable. Daniel even charged my Tesla to full so I was able to get home with ease. Would definitely use this company again.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you have an ounce of sense you will not even attempt to use this shambles of a company - DO NOT get sucked in - I know it might be hard to resist some of the luxury cars you will see on their website BUT RESIST !!! YOU WILL BE MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED by these CHARLATANS !!!
They took my deposit of £1500 two weeks prior - we agreed to part exchange our Aston against a Tesla - pre arranged our appointment 12 hours prior to me making the 100 mile journey to their showroom and then only 10 minutes prior and only 5 miles distance away from their showroom to our arranged appointment, imperials tried the oldest trick in the book by texting my mobile and offering me £5500 less than we had agreed only 12 hours before - To my disbelief I then tried to call them but they would not answer in the hope I would arrive at their showroom and just accept as they knew I had travelled 100 miles to our appointment - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY GIVE CAR DEALERS A BAD NAME - God only hope the poor people who are desperate to sell their cars as they are taking full advantage of peoples situations and trying to rip people off at the last minute.
SHAME ON YOU AT IMPERIALS !!!!
They will probably try and write an answer to this review giving an excuse to their shocking and dishonest behaviour but there is really nothing they can say or do that will excuse their dishonestly and crooked behaviour - RIP IMPERIALS - if you treat people like this your company shouldn’t last much longer !!!!! Or your probably just change your company name like they all do !!!!!!!

We had the pleasure of purchasing our new vehicle from Mason at Imperials in August. We found him very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It really was a pleasure to deal with them and he went the extra mile to assist with DVLA admin. Easy to communicate with and I would not hesitate to buy or sell a future car with them. Just bought a Mercedes Vito Sport from Imperials. I’m very happy with the sale and the communications I had with Jim and the team.
I ended up buying the Vito blind but every question I asked was answered promptly.
Only 4 stars instead of 5 as I’ve only owned the Vito for 24 hrs, but very happy.

Sold a Range Rover to Jamie at Imperials, Gregg came to collect the car.
I could not believe how thorough Gregg was looking around the car - highlighted a couple of minor issues but very pleased that Jamie didn't use this as a bargaining point to try and reduce the agreed price of the car.

I'd feel quite comfortable buying a car from them in the future - very thorough!

I recently sold both of my cars to imperials before a move abroad. They were really flexible with the drop off date and gave us fair prices for both cars; unlike other dealers who lowballed us with estimates. I’d definitely use them again for both buying and selling cars because their selection of luxury motors is always brilliant.
