Returning customer - very happy

Second time I have bought a car from the team here but first time I have traded in.
Really easy to deal with. They price fairly and the trade in was also very fair. No chipping the price etc.
Handover process with Dan was excellent. Took lots of time with me to make sure everything was as expected & his enthusiasm for all things cars made the experience memorable.
Have recommended others to Auto100 and would do so again.

Purchased a Maserati Levante from Auto…

Purchased a Maserati Levante from Auto 100.

The experience before completing the purchase was genuinely very good. I was collected from the station, shown the car properly, and overall the service at that stage gave confidence in the dealership.

Unfortunately, everything changed once the sale was completed. I reported issues with the sound system and a chipped windscreen immediately after collection. While I was initially told these would be looked into, there was no meaningful follow-up.

Despite multiple messages, phone calls to the office, and being assured that someone would get back to me, I was ultimately ignored and left to deal with the issues myself.

What’s particularly disappointing is not the issues themselves, these things can happen but the complete lack of after-sales support and accountability once payment had been made.

A good dealership is measured not just by how they sell a car, but by how they handle things afterwards. In this case, the aftercare fell well below expectations.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with the service you’ve received.

However, your review does omit several key points. Since taking delivery, you have been in regular contact with us, including multiple conversations with our team over the past few days.

With regard to the speaker vibration, this was discussed with you at the point of handover. It is not a fault with the vehicle, but rather a characteristic of the factory sound system at certain levels. At that time, you confirmed that you were intending to upgrade the speakers in any case.

In relation to the windscreen, the small stone chip referenced had already been professionally repaired by the previous owner and is both safe and fully compliant with legal standards.

Your comment regarding taking ownership of issues is something we, as a family-run business, take extremely seriously. However, it is important to set realistic expectations, we are unable to make a three-year-old vehicle entirely free from all minor imperfections after delivery. While we appreciate your perspective, this is not something we can reasonably agree to.

Customer service after purchasing the car is very poor indeed, numerous issues I had to resolve myself. Would I buy another car from Auto100, 'NO!'

I understand that my colleague Ryan has been in contact with you regarding your vehicle. As the car remains under the manufacturer’s warranty, any repairs must be carried out within the authorised main dealer network to ensure the warranty remains valid. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to undertake the work directly ourselves.

We do appreciate that this may be inconvenient and apologise for any frustration caused while liaising with the main dealer.

Great service from Auto100

Landrover Defender

Purchase a Range Rover Autobiography off Auto 100 in December and the hole experience was brilliant, so when it came to changing the wife's car it was the first place to check, they had the perfect Landrover Defender in the colour she was after. Yet again Auto 100 customer service was brilliant. Chris and Dan customer service was brilliant. Thanks again for making the hole experience great.

Shocking company!!!

Auto100 should be banned from the motorway.com Matt bids on vehicles and doesn’t follow through, no contact was made from the dealer after multiple attempts to contact them which meant the deal fell through. Seen several others have experienced the same by the look of the negative reviews I’ve seen. This company is run cowboys stop wasting people’s time!!!

Really helpful

Dan was really helpful and he made the buying process run smoothly.
The car was fully prepared when I arrived and we went for a test drive.
Dan explained all the controls and sorted my Apple CarPlay.

Auto 100 Luxury vehicle sales

Met Anthony and Terry who ultimately dealt with my purchase of a Range Rover.
Both weee extremely friendly and very helpful.
Terry was excellent and provided explanations and dealt with the entire process from purchase, cherished transfer and taxing the new vehicle. No pushy sales at all and was given time alone to examine the new Vehicle. The whole experience was enjoyable and whilst professional very friendly.
