They guys at imperials are outstanding especially Jamie comunication was spot on and turned up on time we sold them out Landrover defender and I can honestly say start to finish could not be more happy came along checked car out and paid us and settled our finace at same time will be returning to purchase our next car and if we need to sell I’ll be asking these first also big mention to Gregg who collected again kept me informed of arrival time and was so polite thanks guys highly recommending you to friends family

After a dreadful service from our local Land Rover dealership (Lookers at Colchester) we went to Imperials to view a Range Rover Vogue.
From first contact with Jake, it was a totally different experience. He was helpful, knowledgable, and not the typical "pushy" car salesman. We found our perfect car, and also bought a second car!

Fantastic Customer Care
From the very first visit ( we were just passing) Jake was attentive and most helpful. We were looking for Range Rover Vogue, and after spending time with Jake we decided to buy a Vogue and Range Rover Evoke.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jake and he did everything that we asked of him. Even checking after our purchases to see how we were getting on with our cars.
This is something that we have not experienced before...

Too be honest I was chasing them for answers to my questions,I thought my part exchange car they really didn't want and they must be doing well too pass up a new customer.

Had to prompt to receive an initial reply, 'hard to believe that I'm the one who is trying to spend money!
Sent over 50 photos with 10 pictures being the maximum that can be sent at any one time, sent detailed information regarding my Bentleys with pictures taking me until 10PM at night, I had been taking the photos from 3pm, so all in all this accumulated a huge amount of my time and day!
To receive No response, No reply!
Bunch of time wasting wankerx, making me wonder how they possibly manage to stay in business!!!
STAY CLEAR!
Recently purchased a AMG GTS (LM16 UUL) from Imperials in Hornchurch. From the initial enquiry they were great and cannot fault them on this.
However, from taking delivery where it all started going wrong!
No longer than 45min into my journey home, the car went into limp mode and the engine management light came on.. I was on the M25 a very dangerous place to be when this happens! (I was not alone in the car either). Along with this, certain buttons didn't work, there was a dent on the front of the car, the rear light was detached, mark on the wing mirror and, when the car accelerated it just felt awful, almost skipped and shook!
The salesman then became difficult to get hold of and much different to when purchasing the car! Wouldn't return my calls etc.
Imperials did collect the car and full refund given.
The car should of never been sold in the first place in this condition! Waste of everyone's time and huge inconvenience!

Great service from Mason and Imperials.. from the very first call through to the after care. Available on the phone and WhatsApp and kept me informed with photos and videos as the car went through preparation. A small fix required after the car was purchased and Mason sorted with the local porsche specialist and paid for it. A great car and experience end to end..

I was looking for a quality Prestige vehicle with little mileage. Not being of the understanding of Hybrid i was introduced to Kevin Brooks at the Chelmsford branch. Kevin had all the time in the world to explain how it all works, benefits etc. There was no pressured salesman pitch but a friendly guy that went out of his way to answer as many questions as I asked. Perfect experience with a very professional team. Thank you for making this a pleasurable smooth transaction of the purchase of the Range Rover Sport, quality car with a good knowledgeable friendly team.
Avoid unless you live locally
Avoid unless you live locally! Brought a Range Rover sport, got home to find trim clips missing, boot badly aligned and then 1 week later all the paint coming off my rear bumper. Wanted me to travel a 2.5 hours back to them at my cost and leave the vehicle with them whilst they had a “smart repair” done on the bumper. To which I refused. Came to an agreement that a local Land Rover dealer would carry out the repair and gave an “estimate” for the job which I agreed to paid half for. Once the body shop had the bumper and realised the previous paint job was much worse, it incurred extra costs which imperials refused to pay. They also refused to pay for the trim clips and the boot re alignment. Leaving me with a hefty bill.
I will say jake was a pleasure to deal with, unfortunately the company was not.
