The plaque was delivered early and was exactly as ordered. Everyone else needed 6 weeks to produce a bronze plaque. You did it within 3 weeks!

I had a rush order for a bronze plaque that I needed in less than two weeks and the order was fulfilled and delivered as promised. The work was beautiful and the communication with the team was amazing.

From start to finish the process was very easy and quick. The finished plaque turned out better than we could have imagined.

The sign came out really nice, however we do feel the prices they offer are quite steep. Especially for their installation. The installation process was very messy, no organization. We also had to have an installer come out twice, because the first installation, all of the letters on the wall were loose and falling off. So to be paying so much for installation, the quality isn't there.

Great experience with Impact Signs! We had aluminum plaques made & they were very patient during the design phase. I sent multiple designs to see what they’d look like (I was working with a committee so there was always some small change asked for) and Impact sent multiple proofs & gave us suggestions throughout. When we received our plaques, we couldn’t have been happier. They’re high quality, very detailed & the textured background is fantastic. We would gladly order from Impact Signs again!

They did get me my sign in a timely manner and I appreciated having a single designer dedicated to my project. I didn't like paying a non refundable deposit to even start the process, and I was disappointed with the final product (It looked cheap and faded) but my dedicated designer did not respond to my follow-up questions. The website looks really slick but the final product did not live up to expectations.
