The final product could not be better, we are all very excited and looking forward to the event to unveil these plaques.

We loved the stainless-steel signs we ordered so much that we ordered more. Unfortunately, they were lost in transit by the transport company. Impact Signs re-made the lost signs and shipped them to us right away and, of course, we love them as well.

The order arrived about one month late and after the memorial services. Very disappointing. When I inquired about the status of the order it took several days for them to reply to my inquiry. The explanation was supply chain issues caused the delay. I found that explanation very unsatisfactory and unlikely for a small caste bronze sign in the year 2023. I would have appreciated if they would have been proactive and told me of the likely delay when I ordered. I was relieved when the order finally arrived as I was beginning to think they were not going to fulfill the order at all. If delivery is going to be delayed by a significant time, the fee should be collected when the order is shipped.
