iCrack in Bath can't recommend. Asked for a new phone case 'magnetic close type with no fold over button,' fellow said it was over £30, I was going to leave as they're cheaper elsewhere but the fellow said they had one at £15. Assistant fitted the case but when I saw it, wrong one, 'fold over button type' which bulks in the pocket. I had already paid, gave £20 and got £3 back, thus charged more than originally quoted £15 and given wrong product. I told the assistant, it went back and fourth then I just left the shop. Won't go back to iCrack. Genuine review, the place is on Milsom St. in Bath. Other reviewers also mentioned the high prices here.

Many of the people have basically written ny experience here for me. I took my phone to the lichfeild shop. Twice they had my phone. The first time I did drop it and it needed the screen re-replacing but I popped so easily. But the second time it was literally just in .y pocket .. very slim shoddy screens used.

And unfortunately that is the least of my problems my phone now doesn't unlock at random time . Glitches out on apps .. its never been the same. I was speaking to a local and apparently they take your genuine apple/Samsung parts and replace them for cheaper parts .. PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE. GO TO A STORE WITH REAL PROFESSIONALS

Also if you look at alot of the 1 stat review they say that certain branches don't exist. But if you look at the 5 start reviews mentioning the same shops they don't say anything. SCAMMMERS !!!!

Please be wary of this company. For these reasons:
1 I was sold an iPhone screen and protector which disabled the touch sensitivity of my device.
2. During the process the assistant refused to listen, constantly interrupted and talked repetitively over me.
3. The customer in front of me was treated in the same way and left the shop angry.
4. My visits to the shop have resulted in my losing £100 and requiring a new ‘phone.
In summary, poor and costly service and a very difficult experience.

We bought a reconditioned iPhone the shop was very helpful and patient sorting out the transfer of data. Nothing was too much trouble we were very pleased with the service we received.

My iPhone 5 screen has been broken for a decade and finally got it fixed to recover photos. Paid iCrack £30 and posted it over to them. Wasn't sure on the password so instructed them to give it their best attempt without unlocking (they prefer to unlock to test their fixes). They were obliging with this request, and sent the repaired phone back within 3 working days with a complimentary screen protector fitted. So impressed. 5 years worth of photos have been saved.

iCrack is not a phone shop this is the cult of cheater’s. don’t go shop elsewhere.

icrack at Telford Town centre were brilliant yesterday in fixing my old Samsung phone would not charge and I was trying to transfer my data to a new phone. In 30 minutes it was sorted ,charging away. Great service from the 2 techie guys, very polite and professional.

I visited Icrack, chantry place, Norwich today. The guys to there were super helpful and fixed my phone quickly after another shop tried to tell me to buy a new phone.

Excellent service lovely and friendly helped me find right size cover for my tablet today. My husband had a new screen put in on his phone a couple of months ago and again Excellent service nice and friendly and phone was ready within the hour. All perfect thankyou🙂

staff rude! pair of bully boys! worst service ever, went in with a phone with small crack in screen, came away with a burnt up phone and no justice! SCAMMERS!!!

I visited I Crack Market Harborough today and received great service from Asim and Inam .They are friendly knowledgeable and reasonable in price …..but most of all they fixed my broken iPhone in 30 mins !!!! I was impressed and I will recommend them where I can .

Needed a new battery for 2013 iPod. Sent on Friday by recommended method, back with me by Wednesday. Fully working, no issues - a Platinum service from iCrack at Ilford. Highly recommended, no quibble

PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE Absolute Disaster My Son took his iphone in for repair at iCrack In Nottingham and they charged him £220 for a new screen they said that was the problem due to the screen going black. They also added there were other problems with the phone they said they fixed the screen and told him to leave the phone with them for up to a week to sort out the other issues which he thought was strange and refused to do so thankfully!!! We still haven't got to the bottom of the problem even after several phone calls with the shop after he left with his phone not working just switching off constantly so unable to use it, They also took a part out of the phone and never explained why. He took it to another repair shop who was amazing and said the problem was the screen and something had been taken out of the phone which they kept (they should have given the part to him). This has been so stressful and would cost a small fortune to put another screen on and fix whatever they have taken out for the phone . We have now had to buy him a new phone and been charged by the shop £220 for a new screen that doesn't work and a part missing which they didn't explain. This is Wrong on every level. Beware as a previous review 3 weeks ago had same issues as my son on their Nottingham Google Reviews. However this poor girl went back 3 times and her phone is still not fixed and they wouldn't refund her. They said it was water damage exactly same as they told me son. He too is a student and its huge amounts of money for them to pay out when the issue is not fixed and the shop refuses to refund them. Its terrible how the shop gets away with this. It Seems from previous reviews this is an ongoing issue with in the shop. In fact if you look back at lowest ratings you will see many people have had same issue not sure why the rating is so high for this shop as its very misleading PLEASE BE CAREFUL as my sons iphone is now ruined . Shop please don't reply as you are not interested in helping people shame on you all

Absolutely rubbish and a waste of money; £65 to replace an iPhone screen. Now the phone will randomly call people, send texts full of random nonsense, has randomly sent photos to people and sometimes the screen goes completely black and requires a hardware restart. Went back to iCrack after just 4 days of this weird behaviour and they claim they've never heard of anything like it before. Obviously not very knowledgeable or telling fibs. If your iPhone screen is broken, don't take it to this outfit, pay the bit extra and get it done by professionals at Apple.

I sent my se2020 back for a new screen to ilford branch price was good £29.99 and told to send by special delivery £9.60. I received my phone back and it’s a poor job the screen has scratches on and you can see it’s not new. Got in touch with the guy who repairs it as he sent me a text asked for a partial refund he said no you have to send your phone back but I need my phone and thought we could save costs but nope adamant I send it back they obviously use old phone screens and not new ones. Went on website tries to speak to someone what a waste of time that was

I went into icrack in sutton coldfield braindead from trying to solve the problem with my laptop. The gentleman solved my problem within 10 mins and my sanity was restored. I didn't get his name so I will just refer to him as Mr Wonderful

Less than 1 star review. Took my phone to ICRACK Exmouth (and before you comment that there isn't one it is here - Magnolia Centre Chapel Street)
I was told the motherboard was waterdamaged and needed replacing. I tried to get it fixed but the motherboard was going to take longer to arrive than expected and I was leaving Exmouth. 2 days later low and behold my phone worked perfectly without any change to the motherboard. After reading these reviews I am not surprised. Either the man in the shop had no idea what he was doing or he lied. Unfortunately I found out the phone works after spending £100s on a new phone. Not impressed

Stay away from this store. They are scammers and are well known for their deceitful practices. They took £120 from my son who went into their store in good faith with a damaged phone.

He left with a phone that didn't work, i contacted them, they were aggressive on the phone to try and intimidate me and never called me back. The phone has been fixed now by a great phone store in Gloucester. Its off to the small claims court with this one . Please stay away.

Note that these guys are so deceitful as previous people have stated they pretend not to have a store in the place where the transaction took place .

Update..On the 05th September the company has edited all the reviews that criticise them with the term "Fake Review" as if consumers are that stupid to not see a pattern.

Had to have a repair done due to a cracked screen, they talked up the better quality screen with a longer warranty, this lasted 6 weeks before I spotted a crack in this also. Poor quality parts used and they didn’t uphold the warranty as they had sold it. What a rip off, I wouldn’t use this store again I’d go via the Apple Store, parts are recognised in the Ipoh e status either. Total rip off
They even replied to claim they didn’t have a store in Sutton Coldfield, that just goes to reinforce my views of this company l. Beware spending any money with them
