We just want to double check that you have the correct adapters. The adapters purchased are for a Peach 7, if you have a different model they might not fit correctly.

Had an issue but it was resolved to a satisfactory level.
I do think the instruction manual for the peach 7 needs more clear instructions. So many people that I have spoke to have said what a problem the dual zips are!

Faulty
I have the icandy peach 7 complete bundle and im unable to open up the chassis without my husband because of how hard the button is and I believe it’s faulty because icandy claims it should be a easy open close system to be able to do it with one hand. Now I’m planning to travel alone and I’m looking for a second option pram because I can’t manage my icandy pram on my own. It’s very disappointing when you pay the highest price point to then opt for cheaper ones for efficiency.

Order cancelled with no explanation
Placed an order and paid extra for next day delivery as converter kit was needed urgently (foster carer getting emergency placement). Received email from courier to say item expected, then one immediately after from courier to say my order had been cancelled? No communication from company with any explanation, and am now having to chase and am without items that are urgently needed!

Unfortunately, DPD has advised that they are unable to deliver any iCandy items without the correct PIN being provided. The delivery attempt was unsuccessful as a valid PIN code could not be given at the time.
