This is legitimately the worst stroller I have ever used, and after seven months of owning the iCandy Peach 7 Car Seat Bundle, I genuinely do not understand the overwhelmingly positive influencer reviews. I wish I had seen a review from someone who had actually lived with this stroller with two small children before spending more than 2000 on it.

It is marketed as a premium, modular stroller, but in everyday use I have found the design to be unbelievably impractical.

When you configure it with the toddler seat in front, which requires purchasing the adapter, there is not enough clearence between the two seats. The toddler seat interferes with and bends the baby's sunshade. If your baby is taller, the back of the toddler seat can actually press into the baby's space and injure them by hitting their head. You don't know this until it happens.

You can use the extender to create more room, but then the stroller becomes noticeably more front-heavy and unbalanced. So the solution to one design problem creates another.

Then there is the folding. You have to remove EVERYTHING from the frame before folding it down. With two or more children, getting in and out of the car can become an absurd process of removing seats, adapters, accessories, folding, loading everything into the boot separately and rebuilding when you arrive. This is the kind of thing you DO NOT want to deal with as an exhausted or sleep-deprived parent, especially if you're in a hurry or have a lot to do throughout the day.

There are many more design problems that add up with this stroller. The suspension/shock absorption is disappointing for a stroller at this price point; storage is inadequate, and even the placement of the accessory hooks is poorly thought out. When I attach the backpack where the provided hooks are located, it can swing forward and literally hit the baby in the face.

But my biggest concern is actually the CAR SEAT.

The way the seat belt fastens around the car seat makes me extremely uncomfortable. On my seat, the lap-belt enclosure/guide is only on one side, and I have personally seen the belt slide backwards within the routing. Mine has thankfully never backed completely out, but seeing how much movement is possible makes me seriously concerned about what could happen during a rear-impact collision.

What makes this even more frusterating is that I cannot simply adjust the positioning in a way that resolves my concern, because the angle I would need to achieve that adjustment would itself put the car seat at an inappropriate angle for use. I am not claiming to be a crash-safety engineer, but as a parent, watching the belt physically move backwards makes it so that I do not feel comfortable with the design. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this bundle look very carefully at the car seat's belt-routing system and installation instructions before opurchasing.

The cherry on top? The 'Open Box' return policy.

Once the box is open and the items are out of packaging it cannot be returned. If un-open, you have two weeks to return it.

How exactly is a customer supposed to determine if a $2000+ stroller works for their family without taking it out of the box, configuring, inspecting, and using it? Had we have been able to, I would have, without hesitation, returned this bundle ten times over in the last seven months.

FOr something marketed and prices as a premium stroller system, the everyday usability is shockingly poor. It feels like it was designed to look beautiful in a showroom or a 30-second video rather than to function with two children, a car, backpack, naps, groceries and normal family life.

I regret this purchase enormously. For this price point, I
expected something thoughtfully engineered, practical, with a stroller system. Instead, I've spent seven months finding new things that frustrate me about it. I plan on selling ours. If you're looking at an iCandy system, I would save your money and get something better.

I'm seriously considering making a video to show others all of these things and save people time, anger, and money.

I have the i candy orange. I would NOT recommend this product, my 18 month old can undo the harness and is at risk of falling out and hurting herself or her brother, who is in a carry cot under her. When I contacted ICandy about this, I was made out to be a liar and there was no concern for the safety of my children, with staff telling me there couldn't be anything wrong with the product because it gets tested. I would stay well away from this product and company!

Didn't inform me that a product was not in stock at the time of ordering. Ordered on 11th August and product won't be available until September. When emailed, customer service stated that they could not do anything for me other than to refund me the product. I have spend thousands on icandy products and stated to customer service that I have the Peach 7 and recently purchased the Pip and needed an adapter to continue to use the parasol. I asked for compensation and they said they couldn't do anything for me. So much for rewarding customer loyalty. I have since had to purchase a universal parasol for the Pip. Very disappointing! Will not be recommending icandy products to friends having babies.

I purchased my iCandy pushchair a few months ago, and I have twins. I originally bought the full pushchair in store and was advised at the time to get just one carrycot. However, as my babies have grown, I found that I needed an additional carrycot, so I decided to order another orange carrycot online.
The online service was very good. Whenever I emailed, I received a reply quickly, and the customer service was helpful.
Unfortunately, when the additional carrycot arrived, an important item was missing. The support bar that goes into the carrycot to make it strong and secure enough to safely carry the baby was not included in my order.
I have tried to contact customer service and explain the issue, but I am still waiting for a resolution. It seemed there was some misunderstanding about which part was missing, so I sent a picture to clearly show the support bar I am referring to.
Apart from the missing item and the delay in getting this issue resolved, my experience with iCandy has been good so far. The pushchair itself is lovely and, once you get the hang of it, quite easy to use.
Overall, I am happy with the pushchair and the customer service I received initially. I just hope the missing support bar can be sent to me as soon as possible so I can safely use the carrycot for my twins.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Rachel the technician today. Just one tap of the phone, No Ai, no far away call centre. And she was brilliant. An easy fix and she knew immediately. Excellent service. Supporting British jobs. As an engineer this orange model although not cheap is of very high quality. Impressed.

We’ve had great difficulty in finding which model it was gave you the serial number and the Batt number and still you didn’t tell us luckily we guessed the right one and it fits fine

What an amazing brand and price for the product is reasonable for what you get

Devlivery took weeks to come, parts missing and a “glitch on the system”. Overall arrival of goods came in damaged boxes, partly dpd to blame but considering ICandys produce is so expensive you’d expect far better service. Woman on the customer service line was rude and dismissive asking me if I was sure the stuff was missing when I literally only had the bottom half of the pram. I will never be ordering from icandy again. I suggest you change your delivery company.

I received the help I needed with products I needed from your Icandy expert via email, and bought exactly what she recommended so I can transform my singular buggy into a twin. It was simple enough to put together to try out different configurations. My only issue is the price, I don’t think £50 just for the adaptor clips alone is reasonable. So having to pay £80 just to be able to attach a lower car seat fullstop; is not a fair price for what it is.
