Second time now they have paused my…
Second time now they have paused my account,can’t even go get nappies bread or milk for my kids they say it’ll be sorted within 24 hours but that’s the maximum they say,all over 3 payments iv received from family members my benefits gone in today they are holding that also iv sent about 20 messages and not 1 reply I will update this when they’ve done it and how long it took them

A shambles - DON'T USE HYPERJAR!
They send you an email saying they're going to start charging you a recurring monthly fee for inactivity when the account HAS been used as recently as 2 days ago and before that 2 weeks prior. The email also said that the deadline to use the account to avoid this fee even though the account is used, is 31st July. But then at the bottom it warns again that the deadline is "31st June" (June apparently has 31 days now). A shambles of a set up. Don't use this provider as you'll get charged fees for no reason!
