Great app, works great for kids pocket money/chores. Kids can get their own cards and can download an app if they have a phone to see their balance etc. No monthly charge unlike go Henry.

I use this app and card for my kids. It's free to use and means they can have a card and a savings/spending pot for their pocket money to go into. Plus there isn't a monthly fee! Been using it for a couple of years and am very happy.

I’ve had some issues but partly resolved
I’ve had some issues with using my HyperCard but when reported, it was resolved - user error! Another issue was my inability to add contacts. I was advised to delete the app and reinstall. This has partly resolved the issue - done via the live chat

Very easy to use, u can add money to your jar from your normal bank account and move money to your childs account within minutes . You can keep track on your child's spending and see all the transactions they make. Can use the card in hundreds of countries abroad. Very happy 😊

Easy to manage account with all kids cards for pocket money can monitor how they are spending immediately.
Been using for a few years now my account and 4 kids accounts, can set spending restrictions create saving pots and really get your kids into managing their money.
I put their holiday monies in for them and I can see where they use it and if they save it too.
Excellent customer service too
Easy to use app easy navigation, create saving pots for emergencies or special events lock off access to use it till you need it, set up back up pots or saving pots for your kids accounts which are managed through yours.
They also get their own app 5 stars 🌟

Good for child and spending abroad
I use HyperJar for my son and have been for around 6 months. So far it all seems to be going well. It is easy to transfer money to him, and I can see what and where he is spending.
The app is pretty straightforward. And I love that you can use the card abroad with no fees.

HyperJar is a really great app and has been invaluable in helping my children have some financial responsibility and freedom. I also use my jar for spending abroad as there are no transaction fees.
I had an issue with needing a replacement for a lost card but Lata was fantastic. They worked out very quickly that I couldn’t freeze the card because it had expired anyway and they have sorted out the issue for me. Fantastic work Lata

HyperJar doesn't charge for every transfer or transaction, although fees can apply once certain free limits are exceeded, which can be easily avoided. We appreciate that keeping track of these limits isn't always straightforward, and we’re always looking at ways to make fees and allowances clearer.
We also understand your point regarding replacement card costs. The £4.99 replacement fee helps cover the production, shipping and handling costs, while the first adult card and replacement of an expired card remain free.
