A great service, sales rep was brilliant and we had the scooter in three days.
We had a little issue where the scooter kept on emergency stopping, called the team and within a day or two the engineer was out and found the fault within 10 mins.

Very quick response to my enquiry, Ricardo spent ages with me and even crawled around on the floor with a tape measure making sure that the scooter would go in and out of my flat. I'm very impressed with all the information and safety guides, some of which he gave me that afternoon and some which arrived with the scooter. I've been using mobility scooters since 2012 and have had several over the years, and I've never been given anything other than a short booklet and sometimes not even that.
I bought the Urban, the only road-legal model the company sells. There's a separate company specialising in delivering health care equipment, and Steve, who delivered it on behalf of the company, knew everything about the scooter and even tried out bringing it into the flat so that I was confident I'd be able to do the same. He even delivered it the day before originally arranged, after phoning me to offer that he would, and kept in touch as he neared my address so that I knew when to expect him.
I'm so impressed with the quality of the build and the thoughtfulness with which it's designed. And yes, it's made in China apparently, but I'm more impressed with this one than with any of the previous scooters I've owned, which have included a pavement scooter as well as Class 3 road-legal ones.
The communication from Humfree is excellent. The staff I've spoken to on the telephone have been unfailingly helpful and quick to answer any questions. There's a good guarantee too.
The date I've given is the date Ricardo came; the scooter was delivered on the 17th, because there was a weekend in the way.

Sober was very pleasant and helpful. He offered me a deal for the wheelchair, which I'll have to think about before committing to buying. His service was very good and very much appreciated.

Had a home demonstration with Phillip Silk-Nelson. He was very knowledgeable about all the products, he went through not just the product I had in mind but also other alternatives which was no hassle for him.
He was a very nice pleasant person & I ended up purchasing a Humfree Carbon Scooter.
