Superb service
Ciaron at Howards Vauxhall in Yeovil has truly gone above and beyond to help. Although it’s no fault of the dealership, my new car has been delayed; Ciaron has organised a courtesy car for me to have from now until my car is delivered. Given that this could be a month or more, I couldn’t be more impressed with this service. Thank you very much, Ciaron and Howards.

An honest and trustworthy car dealer
Well, this is the third time my wife and I have brought a car from Howard’s citroen Weston super mare Why” there professional approach along with there friendly advice they make the whole experience of buying a car smooth and enjoyable. Our salesman was Kian In my opinion he goes above and beyond to find the car that we are looking for and again he came up trumps and was lovely catching up again thank you Kian. Mr Mrs French.

Disappointing experience. 
Terrible experience!!
Had my Nissan qashqai looked at by the Nissan technician via a 3rd party company,
Before they received my car I called them up to tell them about another issue that I would like them to look at as the car is still under the three-year warranty the service representative that answered the phone said he would put the problem on the Notes so the qualified technician could look at the problem,
The next day I realised what might be causing the problem so I thought I would give them the heads up to save time and hopefully I would get the car back sooner when speaking to another service representative he said he would put it in the notes as the guy the day before didn’t put anything on the notes for the technician.
I also told them what the third-party company had already done and couldn’t resolve the problem, hence why they went to a main dealer!
The day that they had the car they then called me to say that the car is now okay to pick up when I ask them what Work had been carried out. They said the technician has cleared the fault and everything is okay after telling them that is what the third-party have already done. I was assured that the professional technicians have done the right thing after telling them my concerns that I will be back within a week with the same problem they didn’t really seem to care.
(Less than 24 hours later, guess what? Problem reappeared like I said it would!)
After speaking to the service manager voicing my concerns well let’s just say probably made them even worse! The one part of the conversation that stood out with her was the fact that she said they are lucky that they even spoke to me on the phone as the car was taken there by a third-party company and I could’ve been anyone! Which raises my concerns even more that when I went to pick the car up, they were happy enough to hand me the keys over!! without checking who I was (as the third-party are the ones that dropped the car off in the first place)

Emma was incredibly kind, helpful and patient. I brought my elderly parents into the WsM showroom to look at a replacement car, and Emma showed us several makes and models. She was knowledgeable, responsive and quickly attuned to the needs of two older customers. Emma helped narrow down the options to a couple of choices and was calm, efficient and completely wonderful with test drive/answering questions/offering advice and taking time to make my parents feel valued and supported. Thank you Emma for a really informative afternoon!

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. My car was in for its MOT and we couldn’t have been looked after better. Alison, even though obviously extremely busy, kept an eye on us , instantly was at my shoulder to help when I was having trouble trying to use the drinks machine. When there was the smallest lull between calls and customers she popped over for a chat. She seemed to make time for every single customer and I’m sure nobody could have felt rushed or being a bother. All in all a great asset to the firm to be cherished.
