I have had my car delivered today by Kevin. He updated me regularly on his journey so that I had an accurate eta. Once he had arrived he unloaded the car quickly before talking me through all the controls on the new car. Would highly recommend.

Had my cars Mot and everything was superb, the Tyres were borderline pass so I was offered a surprisingly good price to get new ones fitted, which I did to save doing them later. All the staff at Howards Toyota were excellent and my car ca my e back to me nice and clean. Many thanks

The service I have received over the last two days from Howards Citreon has been outstanding. I contacted them about part-exchanging my car for another model. From the outset, Millie was helpful, efficient and caring. She took the time and trouble to help me find the right car. Nothing was too much trouble for Millie and everyone at Howards Citreon. Over the years I have always had good service from Howards. The service is exceptional and they deserve to do well.

I have used this company many times for routine serviceing etc. The staff have always been very helpfull and go the xtra bit to help. They always stick to time scales and price quoted. I must mention one staff member in the service department who has helped on many occasions, that is Julia at Yeovile. I have over the years used many different Main dealers, they are the best.

I had an electrical circuit failure and service light came on on my dash. Peugeot 308. It said to get it repaired on the screen. I tried 2 Peugeot dealers locally to Wimborne, this was 3 weeks before Christmas and they were fully booked. I have used Howards Dorchester for 5 years, the amount of time I have owned the vehicle for servicing and MOT'S, I have always found them helpful. I spoke to Alison and she was
very keen to help me and fitted me in as soon as she could. I waited whilst they repaired my car and washed it. Alison and the mechanics are very efficient and professional, Alison, goes above and beyond with very good customer service skills and really makes you feel welcome.

Visited Howard’s Hyundai in Weston Super Mare today with a friend who was keen on obtaining a motabilty car. Received great service from Steve who explained how the scheme worked, arranged a test drive in the car of choice, and basically did all the paperwork! He was courteous, friendly and professional throughout. All in all great service from Howard’s.

After a few weeks of dealing with Leo from Howard’s Yeovil, today I drove away in my new car!
The service I received has been fantastic. The model of 2008 that I was looking for wasn’t on the forecourt.
Leo found and sourced a car for me within budget and in the time frame of me needing it.
I gifted my old car to my nephew and Leo went above and beyond by assisting and completing the change of ownership on the DVLA website for me/us too.
Extremely happy with the service that I have received here. Thank you.

Having limped home yesterday with a burned-out out clutch in a Peugeot 2008 bought from Howard's Taunton, I tried to phone them this morning to arrange repairs. After being on hold for 50 minutes I gave up, phoned again and left a message to give full details, the promised call back still hasn't happened and now the garage has closed for the day. Howard's have failed totally and don't justify the one star I had to give.

There was a recall fault on my car which was described on the Hyundai site as taking about 40 minutes to rectify. As this was a short time, I waited but it was 3 hours before the car was ready. There was no apology either.
