They completed the task, but they were very poor in terms of communication. I tried a lot to get them to contact me to discuss the final report, but unfortunately they did not. I am very upset that they ignore me. I do not recommend them

After reading several negative reviews we were apprehensive re our survey report.However from having the survey done to receiving it only took 6 days.lt was well presented and covered all areas.We had a follow up call asking if we had any questions and that the surveyor was available should we have any questions.

They will call you repeatedly to have you booked in, will answer every email before the work is done.... But then ghost you.

They don't follow the timescale they gave you- first is was five days. Then seven. Then today. Still waiting.

Save your time and money - go elsewhere where you won't be messed around.

They were quick to book in the survey and the surveyor did a really in depth assessment. Highlighted everything and broke it down well. Great information to take back to the solicitors. Really affordable prices. Also great communication from Marcel in booking and organising everything. Thank you guys!

House Smart Surveying took 18 days to produce our level 3 report. After multiple emails and phone calls I found out that the delay was due to their introduction of new reporting software that didn't work properly. When we were finally able to access the report, it was professional and comprehensive. Hamza is open to discussing the details over the phone, which we will appreciate, as he identified several areas of concern.

I have received it 4 days later than the date agreed on
However over all might use them again as their quote was one of the best

I will not recommend this company for house survey, their report is lack of simple traffic light system for reader to read it. Also, they lack of after sale service, I have asked some questions about the report and they did not reply me. Furthermore, my name in the report had typo error and I requested to correct it. They are totally no reponse.
