We worked with Hector Lopez from the HouseSigma team who was very helpful and thoughtful in helping us find the best property for our first home purchase. We are very happy Hector was assigned as our realtor with HouseSigma. He helped us find neighborhoods and homes that suited our lifestyle and did not pressure us at all into purchasing a home. He pointed out the benefits of homes but also their flaws which helped us make sure the house we bought worked for us, and took a long time looking at houses with us in detail. The House Sigma app was helpful for finding properties we were interested in, and Hector helped us set up alerts for houses in neighborhoods that we wanted to explore.
