Friendly and understanding

Our agent Danny Ablakan was great. Very respectful, patient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

For sale side was ok. The listing was nice, house presentation, "future" option in HouseSigma, deal was fast, nice negotiations.
After the fact: after first offer came the second offer. Was my decision to move forward with first offer that we start to work with at that time, but the agent did not input his suggestions on maybe to involve some negotiations between 2 offers. Decision was done by owner without professional advice.
In purchase side was going not well, not suggesting any showing options, we went to few options that was estate sales and not told in advance. After few tries with showings and interrupted deal, I want in my own to the builder and buy the property I negotiated in my own in advance. As a closing was in 40 days I was under the risk and stress do not miss the closing date. I went with purchasing from the builder and Phil as realtor was doing just paperwork and collecting the commissions. He as professional - found him very relaxed and leaving the stress on me. His "I'm Here to help" is for helping himself. Didn't received the service I expected. Never sugest anyone to have the same realtor for sales and buy.
