If you are fortunate enough to have Ala as your realtor, you are getting the Olympian—not merely someone who is good at her job.
As relative newbies to the process, our search came with an unexpected set of complications and, at times, became discouraging. Ala never wavered. She wouldn’t let us waver either! She persevered, problem-solved, and kept moving us forward when it would have been very easy to conclude that this simply wasn’t going to work.
What struck us most was the extraordinary combination she brought to the task. Her intelligence was matched by an unmistakable sense of responsibility: once she took us on as clients, she was all in. She paid attention. She anticipated problems. She followed through. And she simply did not give up.
But what places Ala squarely at the top is her humanity. I don’t think anyone can be that good at what she does without the compassion and genuine care she showed us throughout a difficult process.
