Commande effectuée le 30 septembre 180€ quand même, préparation annoncée le 8 octobre et le 10 octobre toujours aucune nouvelle de ma commande. Je me pause la question avait il les produits au moment de la vente? Vendez vous des produits que vous ne disposez pas? Pourquoi annoncée des délais de préparation et de livraison fausse? Première et dernière fois sur se site j'ai déjà prévenu ma fille. Plus jamais sa sent l'arnaque à plein nez cette histoire.

I’m still waiting for my items I Ordered on Feb 3. Says it’s delayed in Los Angeles no movement since. They do not respond back at all. I would recommend people file report through bbs or some other outlet. They should not be allowed to continue getting orders. BIG RED FLAG. Thoroughly disgusted and upset. Do your research as I did not

Absolute scam. Ordered early July they took my money and sent nothing. No reply to any emails. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Zwarte hele kleine oorknopjes zilver.
Het zwart is lijkt wel gesmolten en nu is er zelfs uit 1 oorbel het zwarte eruit.

J'ai reçu ma commande en quelques jours les bijoux sont magnifiques originaux et en acier inoxydable donc on peut tout faire avec. Il y'a de nouvelles collections régulièrement et la créatrice est super sympa. Foncez 😍

Ordered 6 weeks ago, order didn’t arrive and was delivered elsewhere (so they said) I emailed photographs of my actual front door to prove it hadn’t been posted to me, emailed over and over to be repeatedly told to be patient, it was being investigated and they stopped replying after the 6th week of waiting for my refund.Completely dissatisfied and extremely unhappy.

This company is misleading and fraudulent, very cheap and low quality products are sent to customers and when you contact them which is only via email for a return process, you’re told to pay for the return to their warehouse in China which will cost you much more than than the price of the items purchased. And when you insist on going ahead with the return, despite the exorbitant costs, they wouldn’t send you a return address and would stop responding to your emails.

I have asked to return for a refund due to the above. But no reply. I really don’t want to pay for something that is cheap tat.

Not one to give reviews but don't want anyone making the same mistake I did by ordering from this scam of a company! Don't give them your money! STAY CLEAR. Happily take your money but then don't reply to any emails when you want your money back. Even the tracking site screams fake.

The jewellery arrived damaged, they then offered partial refund and would not entertain a return, eventually they said I would have to return to China at my own cost (more than the item) and we settled on 60% refund, I reluctantly accepted, they then went quiet I have nothing but damaged poor quality jewellery.

What a load of cheap china tat these 3 bracelets are! Pure scammers who do not respond to refund requests DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY positive reviews are obviously written by themselves. I have emailed daily for 3 weeks requesting return & refund with no response

How long does it take for items to be delivered. Ordered 27th February, address states their in London. I'll be sending them back as and when I receive and if I don't receive in next week going to get my bank to reimburse my money back. Wished I'd read reviews before I placed my order. House of Jewels, I'm giving you one more week and if item not here I gearing my money back. 27th February to now a long time to wait.

Received these bracelets in a plastic bag. Cheap and scratched. DO NOT BUY I have reported to my card company as they are not responding to my emails.

Saw an advert on tiktok that says they have 4.9/5 reviews on trustpilot so came to check and as I thought, they don’t. Luckily I didn’t just spend £75 on cheap tat

I too have just received my three braclets. Shocked at the poor quality. Stuffed in plastic bags. Look like they are from the poundshop Please don’t waste your money. I’ve tried to email them for a refund but can’t imagine they will respond going by previous reviews.

I too ordered the bracelet stack. Took around 3 weeks to be shipped then multiple emails with delays, sent to evri now evri saying at the depot unable to deliver and will need to be returned to sender. Very frustrating and likely a scam.

I was scammed by this website. Order £30 worth of bracelets, they never arrived and they don't respond to my emails

Order the stack of three after seeing on @instagram mid January. Delivery was supposed to be five days. When it was late I went on the tracking and it showed the item had been returned to the sender. I have emailed them multiple times and will be with me soon. Still not received, they tell me the item is back in transit and sent a new tracking link that does not work. I have emailed requesting a refund but they say they can’t issue a refund until it has been marked as delivered. I don’t think I will be getting the item or refund. Don’t order, this is a scam.
