These guys are just scammers.

Been 3 months since they moved for me but few things GOT LOST!!! in the moving. Horrible experience and they are not willing to do anything.

Will be pressing charges unfortunately..

Had a brilliant experience with Homewings. Our designer Leah created a space that really suited our tastes and we would never have managed to put together without her input. She’s very talented and has made a white new build flat come to life. Sarah subsequently dealt with orders and communications and was equally brilliant; kept us up to date regularly, talked us through all the processes, helped us price guarantee anywhere else online also so the items were really reasonably priced. The delivery company kept up the high standards and were prompt and very pleasant and took an item we’d changed our mind about back, no problem. Thank you for all your work!

I am amazed at the transformation that Homewings brought about. We live overseas but kept on to our flat in London and after twenty years it needed a total overhaul. The idea was that it would be a base for our London trips and we could also Airbnb it. I told my homewings designer Rosie that I really didn't mind what she did and that I didn't have many ideas. I'm afraid to say that the poor woman then had to put up with a slew of emails and phone calls as it turned out that I did have very specific ideas. She was incredibly patient and diplomatic and her final designs were just stunning and totally took on board everything I had said. There followed some lovely emails from Ayron who coordinated all the items and made sure that I was happy with the final order of furniture and blinds. So when I finally got to England I was ready for delivery and installation. I would urge anybody doing this to be there for that day as it is possibly the most fun you will ever have with furniture. A huge truck arrives with five lovely people who carry in hundreds of boxes. They then proceed to empty and make furniture out of the contents of said boxes, all the while checking the designer's placement of everything. Hours later they exit, carrying empty boxes and leaving you stunned on a sofa that previously wasn't yours, sipping wine from a glass that also previously wasn't yours. You will feel fraudulent when people come and visit you and compliment you on your exquisite taste. I just roll with it. So thank you homewings for a brilliant experience. I can't thank you all enough.

Terrible experience. Ordered over £17,000+ of furniture and after 6 weeks still havent received over 6 items. Avoid this company if youre serious about getting your house done in a timely manner. The problem is, they source from many companies and are reliant on them - if they screw up, so does the company.

Paul and Ayron were fine which is the only reason I have given 1 star!

It took three days before I was matched with a designer and you are only allowed to request a change up to four days, so I had almost requested a change but then heard from my designer Josie so thought I would persevere. I had doubts at this stage as having googled her work, the styles I had found seemed quite different from my brief so I wasn’t sure if we had been well matched. I had asked for a floor to ceiling headboard and assumed the one suggested was this size, luckily I went into store and realised that it wasn’t available in the over sized options. This meant that I was not able to see the floor-ceiling option in the initial product suggestion stage and the first time I saw it was on the floor plan. The floor to ceiling option only seemed to be explored after I explained to the support service people that I wasn’t sure my design was right yet, but I hoped it would be by the end.

I requested a statement wardrobe but wasn’t impressed with those offered and eventually a custom made one, at an obviously higher price was offered. This was better than those suggested however I was advised someone would be in touch to arrange purchase and heard nothing more two weeks, despite selecting the option that I needed my project completion as soon as possible. In the meantime I managed to find a similar style of wardrobe myself, so I’m surprised that they were only able to find a such a wardrobe by having it custom made.

I’m not sure the measurements were quite right either but luckily we measured ourselves before ordering as the mirrors recommended above the bedside tables would have looked completely out of proportion. I had advised I wanted coving in the room and this wasn’t shown in the final design and also meant the mirrors wouldn’t have fitted had I just blindly ordered.

The pendulum lights selected were never available when I first clicked on them and Josie recommended a similar style. Cushions included in the products have also not been available.

I requested a particular chair with the dressing table but the designer chose a stool instead. She thought the chair may not fit but again the measurements must have been out as there was plenty of room.

I had asked for bedding set ideas in my brief but the bedding set included consisted of white sheets and pillows which I didn’t find particularly inspiring.

When two weeks later I was contacted about the purchase process I expressed that I had already started ordering items and they replied that customers tend to prefer some time to think, despite my brief being marked as needed ASAP. I never heard back again about any purchasing, including the suggested custom made bed or wardrobe. So I ended up sourcing the whole lot myself.

Every product suggested I was able to source myself at a lower price, usually significantly lower. I found out that their mark up on the drawers and bedside cabinets from the trade price was just on £900 extra added on top. This meant that even other retailers that were adding their own profit on top were able to beat the Homewings price by £300 in the end.

The designer is clearly talented but the whole Homewings process just didn’t work for me and in hindsight I would have saved the cost of the premium package and put it towards an individual interior designer as I feel Homewings focuses more on the products, from which they make a profit, than the over whole design look.

I worked with Katherine O. on the master bedroom, and then on the living room. I am incredibly pleased, Katherine took the time to understand my tastes and needs, and put together an original design. We had great communication throughout the process, she sent me samples of fabrics and paints to help with my choices, and listened to every detail I mentioned.

The rooms look like they are taken out of a magazine. Can't recommend Katherine enough

Perfect Experience with Anthony and Sarah!

I moved from a furnished flat to an unfurnished one and have very little decorator sense. Anthony was patient and professional and of course has excellent taste. The Bedroom went so well, I asked Anthony to do the living room next. Sarah took care of every detail once the items were selected, and even hand-delivered my new lamp shades before she left for holiday. And a special shout to Vlad who did both my installations. He and his partner were careful and conscientious with assembly and picture hangings.
Dont hesitate to choose this service when doing any decorating, and hope you get these two to work with.

I loved working with Homewings! Their attention and service was brilliant throughout, even with some product returns. We designed 2 rooms, one with numerous challenges. I had so much fun working with the designer and waiting for her daily messages to come through. I was happy with a little wait for the delivery, the products purchased I couldn't find anywhere else and never would have chosen myself. Really enjoyed the experience and would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

The Full Design package seemed reasonably priced so I thought I'd try it out for my living and dining room.
The products that were recommended to me fitted the brief, and the budget, I'd given and it was helpful to have several alternatives to choose from for each item. In particular, the dining room furniture that was suggested fits well into the small space and looks great.
My only small niggle was that the layout in the living area wasn't right on the first iteration and I felt that perhaps not much thought had been put into it the first time round. However it did make me think more about how I wanted the room laid out and why. That helped me be confident that I had the right layout by the final iteration. I recommend that you put in the effort to work with your designer - the more information you can give about what you like and dislike (and why) then the better the end result.
I like that that the product suggestions are from a wide range of brands rather than being restricted to the products of a single department store (the alternative I had looked at was the design service at a well known department store but I'm glad that I chose to use Homewings).
I am pleased with the final design and it was good value for money.

I was recommended this company by a friend. i had just had an extension to create a larger living room. the living room wouldn't be a traditional square or rectangle and so i wanted some help thinking how i could create two spaces, one for watching tv and one for chatting and socialising with friends. i had already decided on a wall colour and had two sofas. my designer helped enormously with the layout and had a good understanding of the look i was trying to achieve. we had numerous conversations and a couple of goes at the design to get it spot on ( i had the premium service). i loved that all items were listed with a price so i could see how my budget was being used and could amend items to suit what i thought was a reasonable price for something, or to amend the look accordingly.
The whole design process lasted a week and my designer was very quick and communicative throughout, taking on board all of my feedback. the concierge then ordered the items for me to all be delivered within a three week window as i had a specific deadline. the operations team responsible for delivery were less communicative than what i had experienced to date, but eventually i got everything delivered before my deadline. i was slightly disappointed to not be offered the install service as i was left with a lot of boxes and furniture to build and i think this should always be offered even if it incurs an additional fee. Overall though i think the service is great and i would recommend it to anyone looking for an accessible way of getting interior design help, whatever your budget. i would definitely use them again. thanks homewings!

Danielle was my designer, and was VERY efficient, quick, and professional with a sharp eye and good listening skills. She helped me solve the issues I was having with a floorplan for my sitting room as well as how to find those all-important final few pieces I was missing.

I will hire Homewings again soon for my bedroom! One room tackled and completed at a time is really nice, especially since now I don't worry so much about ordering the wrong things and regretting it when they get here.

I was suppose to make the booking to have our living room done, after thinking about the costs, I decided not to, but my husband went ahead and did it, boy what a waste of time and money.

My husband gave the designer the budget, the measurement, and the problems we have for seating and children toys storage, then what we received next from the designer was amazing, briefing was spot on, showed us pictures of living room ideas that we both absolutely love, we were SO pleased that the designer just understood our taste and requirement.

However, when it came to the actual items she selected and ideas to show us how our living room will look like- it was as though someone took over, the design was boring, horrible, lack of style and taste,it was such a lazy design, like a kid's work, just a tv, a tv unit, dark grey walls, grey corner sofa, and that's it, it was so depressing and we were so disappointed, the budget was way out, and measurement of the sofa was wrong, it did not solved our storage problem, the furniture she found quoted an extra £300, when my husband found it online himself for the exact design. the design was dark and depressing (all dark grey!), nothing like what she showed us during the brief, which was bright and cheerful, scandi design.

My husband complained and she just redesigned it and send us a better design, no apologies, no words. We didn't use her design at all, we just sit down planned and designed the living room ourselves in the end, solved our storage and seating problem. I just wish we can get our money back!

HomeWings are a great business who operate in a very efficient and transparent way. They saved me a lot of time and the final profit looks great. Highly recommended!

A fabulous experience all round. I couldn’t recommend it anymore. My final design is spot on- my designer worked out exactly what I wanted before I even knew what that was. I am looking forward to my beautiful living room being finished and filled with all the gorgeous furniture my designer selected.

I'd highly recommend! Our designer Natalie had been listening to us from the beginning and created such a lovely space for us. She made the whole thing a great and exciting experience and it was a pleasure working with her.

Homewings has the most affordable design packages that I found. I think they manage to do it so cheap because of their collaborations with the retailers. It was the best £99 pounds ever spend - I avoided costly design/purchase mistakes as was able to verify all my ideas with the designer who ensures that your room scheme is cohesive in style/colour & pattern. It is invaluable to have someone with the appropriate training and impeccable style to give you ideas, answer your specific questions, help you find furniture/art pieces (via initial skype video session & then via chat) for a week or 2 (depending on your package - I tried both £99 package where you already know the layout and £199 packages to start from scratch). They are great at understanding your requirements (who will use the room & how, your style, your preferences, how much money you want to spend) & design the exciting beautiful room that represents you! They spent hours on your design for such an affordable price - it's amazing. Tip: make sure your put your heart & time in to the process - participate actively, ask more questions, bounce ideas, provide detailed feedback - the more you give - the more the designer is involved.

This is the first time I have used Homewings and I am thrilled with the results - Pavlina, the designer really understood my requirements and was superbly efficient and guided me through the process without any stress. I shall definitely use Homewings again - my advice to anyone considering using Homewings is to work collaboratively with the designer, contribute own likes/dislikes and respond to the designer as quickly as possible to ensure timescales are met. My project has been completed in the two week timescale and I am a very satisfied customer!

Had a wonderful experience with Homewings. I used their light package for my living room, and it was great. Getting set up was very easy and they matched me with a wonderful designer - Cally O Loughlin - who immediately got my style. She was really kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very respectful of our budget, and provided us with lots of alternative items to consider. Cally even suggested to us an alternative item when it turned out the item I liked was no longer in stock by the time I got round to ordering. This was even after our contract was complete. Really great service! I learned a lot during the process and am just waiting for all the new furniture to arrive. Can't wait!

I loved working with Homewings. Tam my designer was great - I feel she really understood what I was aiming for and took the time to have a good conversation with me.
I was using the service to design 2 rooms for a flat I was purchasing - unfortunately my purchase fell through. I asked the team if there was a way I could rework the designs for when I eventually find a new flat to buy and they were very accommodating and for a smaller fee I get a re-work with the same items and any alternatives I need. Now all I have to do is find the flat! My designer even wrote me a personal message to say how sorry she was my flat fell through and that the whole team had their fingers crossed for me. It's personal and human touches like this that make the difference.
