House sale went very smoothly. Conveyancers were good, buyers didnt mess around and Estate Agents did their job efficiently. If only it was always like this :-)

My review relates to the Woburn Sands branch.

The sale of my house took a mammoth seven months, but this was absolutely no fault of the staff at Michael Graham. Under very challenging circumstances, they were all fantastic throughout and worked tirelessly towards the end to ensure I didn’t lose my onward purchase.

I’d especially like to mention Saoirse who handled the transaction as though it were her own when it mattered most.

We had a very successful morning with Claire. The first house we saw wasn't right for us, Claire chatted with us and understood what we wanted. We weren't booked with any other houses as our second choice had gone under offer. Claire didn't want us to have a wasted journey, she managed to get keys and get us viewings at different houses that hadn't been on our radar. Her enthusiasm was contagious so off we went and we have just offered on the last house we saw which we hadn't even thought of viewing! Great job!!
