I'd love to have given you a 5 star…
I'd love to have given you a 5 star review because the rug is very pretty and was delivered on time.
Problem is, like old Persian rugs it has some discoloration in the pattern which is meant to look like authentic wear, but this carpet draws my eyes to it as it has two distinct areas of light pattern which looks like someone has wiped it over with bleach, or where it has been folded. A few comments from family and I can't stop looking at the lighter areas.
Just hoping the rest of the rug catches up soon.
A little disappointed
Customer service have since dealt with the matter to my satisfaction.

Very happy with my new rug
Came across this website and found some lovely rugs and reasonably priced, wanted one to fit under the sofa. Very fast delivery, I had a bit of a query with the product on arrival but it was resolved quickly. Would use again.

Loved the rug
Loved the rug, good communication and delivery.My Only criticism is that it was rolled very tightly and we are having problems at the moment getting it flat with no creases. Hopefully this will correct itself in time.

Our rugs are not nor are they advertised as being made in China as clearly stated on the reverse of the rug and on our website all of our items are manufactured in Turkey. As we can see you have instigated a return of the rug as you were not happy with your order.

Delivery takes forever.
On the day i made a complaint that's when it was dispatched which means they were seating on my order.
The carpet is also basic for it to take 45 working days
Communication is very poor from the seller.
Will not be buying again

We have looked into your order and can see that you placed an order for a pre order rug on 20.12.24 this particular piece had a dispatch time frame of up to 45 working excluding weekends and bank holidays as such was due to dispatch no later than 27.02.24. We can see that your order was dispatched on 08.02.24 as soon as we received the collection from the manufacturers and that you were updated according throughout the process.
