love the rug it's beautiful,was a bit humpy when I rolled it out but it's settled now and I'm over the moon,my only issue was it took a little longer than expected for my item to arrive.

Pre-ordered item took 65 working days!
Ordered a pre-order rug and was meant to be dispatched 15-45 working days. I agreed and despite having to contact customer service twice, the dispatch took 65 working days!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
Other than that, the customer service replies came the same day a the rug is exactly as advertised

The rugs are very good, but the service it's not
The rugs are very good, good quality and good price BUT the problem is their services, I did wait 3 + months for my rugs and they never had exact details where or when I will receive them! I've been order from them a while ago and didn't have problem but this time the quality of their services it's gone sooo bad!

The rug once arrived
The rug once arrived, was to my liking actually love it, but had to wait awhile due to the Palmer Collection not being ready and then the trouble with the bombing in the red Sea (if I’m correct) The correspondence was 10 out of 10 always let me know what was happening and answered my emails promptly

I think the product is good value
I think the product is good value. Delivery time was great but it arrives rolled but it had deep creases/folds (it hasn't been stored well) and after a few days I still can't get the edges of the rug to sit flush....so catching it with the ends of my toes. Hopefully it will settle. I brought on a discounted price so if the don't improve I'll find another use for them (I'm too busy to return them).

We do advise as per the instructions on the reverse of the rug that all of our rugs are reverse rolled for a minimum of 24 hours as this helps to ensure that the rug flattens correctly.

Fantastic Design and Quality
The rug is the same as shown in the images but even better, it is a fantastic item, definitely recommend it. All great but the smell was strong when it first arrived and it remained for a week.

Great rugs, good prices.
I needed two rugs, one for my lounge area and one for my dining area, preferably matching. I found the exact sizes and colours I like here, the prices were very competitive and I got a discount! The rugs are very good quality and I definitely recommend the company.
Ordering was easy and they were delivered 3 days later and I was kept fully informed of the delivery time.
