I would highly recommend Darrin Seppinni for your loan. I am here to say you do not have to go anywhere else. This great man and his wife Jayne and their staff got my wife and I a loan on a home with a 21 day escrow in the hottest sellers’ market I have ever seen in my lifetime. Only experience can get that done under these conditions when every appraiser is working 7 days a week, lenders are scrutinizing paperwork, sellers have the complete upper hand. And he has written other books on this subject as well. These are great books by a very smart man who knows what he is doing. If there is one thing, I have learned in 60 + years is when your hire a professional, who you need to go to bat for you, you have to try to get the best. Darrin Seppinni is the best. My wife and I did our due diligence I am telling you that you can perform your own due diligence but you don’t have to. You don’t want to go anywhere else and waste time. You are just going to return right back to Darrin Seppinni. Just talk to the guy for a half hour or less and you will know exactly what I am talking about. It did not take my wife and I long before we realized this man is at the top of his game and we made the right choice. And his price is very competitive. No one can beat his price. What looked to me at the beginning as a fair but high price was the same or less then everyone else was charging. Getting the best for a competitive price is a great decision for us. And then I saw the amount of work it takes to get a deal like this done and they so know what they are doing and they will guide you every step of the way like they did us. After it was over and we are in our home I thought for the amount of work he did it seemed like more than a fair price. It felt like we got a great deal. And when the seller’s agent calls to verify your loan to see if you are good for it, at that point, he is the absolute best. He will tell the truth and sell you to that seller’s agent like he did for us. After the sellers agent called Darrin Seppinni to verify our loan the deal was done. Our sellers needed a 21-day escrow. Done. We are in our home as I write this. Darrin Seppinni played far more of a role in us getting our home then our buyer’s agent because Darrin Seppinni is nothing short of a loan guru and I can tell he wanted to see us get the home we wanted. Yes, I am excited about this man and his wife Jayne and their staff because my wife I found the perfect home after shopping for 4 months and I know we could not have done it without him. We wanted this home and its perfect for us. He knew what we wanted, and he went out and he did everything he could to get it for us. It is beautiful and we love it. They helped us refinance for a lower rate using a bank statement loan on two separate occasions, saving us a lot of money each time. They were able to work with us through complicated issues, like remodeling the home, one of our businesses that had begun more recently, business use of a portion of the home, getting an appraiser at odd times. They were also very responsive in dealing with various issues that came up and just needed explanation or action on their part to fix. We now once again have a lower payment to enjoy as we sit fit!

Darrin, Jayne and Esther did an exceptional job on my mortgage loan. Darrin is so nice doesn't mind calling all the agents to make sure we are approved despite of pre approval letter. Listing agents still want to talk to broker to make sure you are approved with the loan an able to execute the loan. Darrin and Jayne are very responsive even 7pm when I need to change the pre approval amount of loan Jayne send back within 10 minutes of updated pre approval loan. Darrin is a man with Work when he said 30 days we close. He really did execute within 30 days of the opening escrow. Very greatful with Homelife mortgage!

As a self employed successful businessman it's always frustrating to try and get a home loan. In fact, I had given up all hope of doing so after being turned down by yet another big bank.

I decided to see if there was anyone doing a bank statement loan in 2021. To my surprise, there were a couple, Homelife being one.
