Excellent service and was delivered 4 days early

BEWARE!! I wish I could give 0. I ordered a gazebo that I didn't like so requested for return and refund on the same day. They made me return at my own cost which was not very clear at the time of ordering but was hidden in their return policy. Even after they received it, I had to constantly chase up for refund which took 1 whole month just to process the refund. Never again !!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a garden parasol. Waited for dry, sunny day to assemble it - it seemed a bit flimsy, but still, we managed to put it all together. One hour later and on a day when the weather was fine, it had fallen to pieces - literally was in bits on the patio. So we took pics and sent to customer service. Essentially because it was outside their own return time they said 'we'll send you another one'. We didn't want one and demanded a refund. About 6 emails later and now about 6 weeks after it happened, we have had nothing. The company is adamant that UK Consumer Laws do not apply to them. Our bank is now seeking to take legal proceedings on our behalf.

Good value product, delivered on time. Unfortunately there were A couple of minor chips on 1 set of arms although they seemed well packaged. Customer service did everything they could to resolve but we're unable to source replacement parts and as we has assembled the table and chairs it was too inconvenient to disassemble. They offered a reasonable discount which we accepted and are now using the product. Good customer service.

I got exactly what I order for in a good time.

I ordered a cat cage from this company. It did arrive quickly. But, I thought it was too flimsy for my cat. I requested a refund, which took several emails before they put in a request. They even offered £10 refund to keep this item, which was ridiculous as it cost over £129. They said 5-10 working days before I would get a refund. I am still waiting

I was hesitant about using a company I’ve never heard of and buying a sofa online. First positive thing was they waited until I was ready for delivery and this was months as renovation at my property took longer than expected. I got delivery snd was shocked to see the sofa colour was lighter than what was shown online. However, to my joy, the colour was even better! There was a couple of things missing but one email and one phone call later, it was resolved. My sofa is beautiful and the customer service was fantastic. Not to mention the delivery guys who were attentive and did a good job. Hopefully, you’ll have a good experience too!

The bin looks lovely however the bin insert is only half the size of the bin which is why I have rated 4 not 5. When I spoke with customer services they confirmed this was correct - just seems odd!

My purchase arrived in a timely fashion and I was very happy with the service

Only one part of a two part parcel has arrived. I’ve emailed to find out what’s happening with the second part and heard nothing back. Now I’ve got half a unit taking up room as I can’t build it due to not having fixings or the other half. It’s showing as “with sender”.
I don’t understand why a unit would be sent in two separate deliveries

I’m DEAF I haven’t received my order yet they say that they have been delivered to me a third times but they didn’t text me to let me know as I couldn’t hear door knock. I’m very disappointed with them no respect and I did ask them to deliver it to my next door but they seems didn’t do it for me to leave it at next door.
