Great delivery- well packaged quality item

My purchase arrived in a timely fashion and I was very happy with the service

Only one part of a two part parcel has arrived. I’ve emailed to find out what’s happening with the second part and heard nothing back. Now I’ve got half a unit taking up room as I can’t build it due to not having fixings or the other half. It’s showing as “with sender”.
I don’t understand why a unit would be sent in two separate deliveries

I’m DEAF I haven’t received my order yet they say that they have been delivered to me a third times but they didn’t text me to let me know as I couldn’t hear door knock. I’m very disappointed with them no respect and I did ask them to deliver it to my next door but they seems didn’t do it for me to leave it at next door.

Delivery was late and product is not worth the price. If you have 3 hrs to put this together get two pallets and sand them you have the same thing

Table top is warped . They refused to help and told me to put a heavy weight on top for 24 hours . This did not rectify the problem . They refused to replace and offered a paltry £15 to remedy to situation eventually increased to £30 when I gave up . This has still not been paid !

I am going to the olbusman about this company they have sent the wrong sofa and it has a small rip . They are getting other people to ring me up from the manufacturer. My contract is with homedone they should deal with it . It’s been a week nearly and still no closer to getting any help. The man who rang me up was very very rude .update still waiting this is week 5

Goods look good, however took a long time to arrive, arrived outside of time they said and then sent wrong colour. Blamed it on the courier said they picked wrong one but had my address label on?

Great on line shopping experience. Good quality and communication about progress of our order was amazing. Delivery was excellent. I will be using Home Done again soon. Well recommend. 5 Stars

Your website was easy to navigate & to buy products. I was notified in good time regarding delivery which came on time. The 2 delivery guys were amazing. Assembled the wardrobes with great efficency.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS . Delivery and communications are so bad , wish I'd read the reviews before have to deal with company as I would never of ordered from them . One star I've given is to good for them

Still haven’t received my item. Two days in a row the delivery tracking said it was on its way, I contacted Customer Services and all they did was check the same tracking. I have requested to cancel the order and have a full refund but I have not heard back. The item was ordered nearly 2 weeks ago.

Corner fixings poor but got them in the end. Delivery not possible to Highlands Scotland so extra round trip to south delivery address to uplift.

Have applied two coats of Wax/Oil finish to give serviceable finish.

For the price all good.

Just ordered not got any delivery date but just ordered today easy purchase but delivery quite expensive
