I placed an order for Nike Blazer sneakers from
Hibbett Sports on 8/17/2025. Order was marked as “shipped” the next day on August 18, 2025 and received a tracking number from FedEx.

It is now August 27, 2025 and my package has still not been given to FedEx. I have contacted Hibbett twice to resolve this and all they do is make excuses, say to“check back later” and the reps quickly end the chat immediately after so I can’t argue.

I ordered these for my daughter’s first day of school (which is today), she obviously
didn’t have them for her first day and it’s extremely disappointing.

After a quick Google search, I can see how many other people have experienced the same issue with this company where they receive tracking for their items but never actually have their items handed over to the courier and ultimately do not receive their orders.

Unfortunately, Hibbett is the only store that had these sneakers in stock and I wish I’d never ordered from them. Will be seeking my money back. STAY AWAY.

I GOT A PAIR OF USED SHOES ,I RETURNED THEM THE SAME DAY.I CALLED HIBBET AND THEY TOOK MY COMPLAINT AS IF IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL. WHAT THEY DID WAS TO OFFER A 20% CODE TO USE ON MY NEXT PURCHASE. I WENT ON THEIR WEBSITE TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR THE SAME SHOES BUT SINCE THEY WERE ON SALE I COULD NOT USE THE 20% CODE THEY GAVE ME. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. Unfortunately I can't upload photos.

This company sent me a completely wrong order and asked me to print a label and send it back in order to be refunded for what I ordered. For reference I ordered a girls size 1.5 Nike blazers and got men’s size 10.5 shoes I don’t recognize. They expect me to print a label and correct their mistake before releasing my money. I have never had this experience and have had to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I told them k would send the shoes back that I didn’t order and don’t want but they can’t hold my money hostage while I wait for them to process this. They disagreed and would not refund me. I do not trust this company and will never shop here again. Recommend you do not shop here

Hibbett sports I just hate ordering things from there website it seem like they post things and then when you purchase it they cancel it talking about its a glitch in the system come on now I have order shoes and only 1 shoe came in the box this is ridiculous order a white north carolina jordan shirt it came dirty I had to go to the nearest Hibbett store in Tavares to change it out I have spent so money with this company it a shame I can dame near sell them sum shoes back I just don't understand this company maybe I need to stick with nike.com even the sales on here is no good 10 dollars off coupon no good about time you used it they charge for shipping so that your 10 dollars coupon right there I hate hibbett sports online shopping

Return Nike school shoes for a one size larger customer service was not good at all also wanted to charge 50$ for going from a 7 to a8 never going back

We just went to the Hibbett Sports off Camp Creek, store 626, and received the best customer service experience from Daijai!! We were able to get everything we went for with ease and save money!! We will be going back! ❤️❤️

I love the store, their prices and the products but returns take way too long. The time frame given on their website and by customer service is not accurate at all. They received my item back in the mail 15 days ago and are now telling me it can take 30 days to get an egiftcard sent to me. This is ridiculous. I accidentally ordered the wrong size soccer ball for my daughter and I contacted them about it immediately after placing the order, in hopes of changing the size. I was told no, I would have to wait until I get it, return it, then I can purchase the correct size. I never expected it to take months to happen. Very disappointed.
EDITED TO ADD, I received my gift card email for the return shortly after leaving this review. Changed from 1 star to 3.

They ha e very nice up to date shows some are on sale some not clothes are over expensive...but are worth the price some what nice men's shoes and boys and kids shoes....

Everything I've ordered has come exactly as advertised and prices excellent. I wish we had one of these when I lived if hawaii. Now I order my shoes if they have in stock. Plus they had jordans in stock Noone else did.
Plus staff was awesome both on the phone and in person

I'm so done with Hibbett sports the customer service is horrible. I ordered online it's been 5 days since it's been shipped has a tracking number hibbett says it's been shipped but fedex says they never got it. So either the employees at Hibbett or FedEx stole the package. I'm so pissed off Im having the most biggest problem getting my money back. I'll be keeping an update hoping they didn't steal my money. This is a joke Hibbett has become the worst store to order from. I found out the Hibbett has a new system and it's not tracking the shipments. Now my order is just lost and have to hope it shows up at some point
June 16th update
Hibbett refused to refund my money even though they have no idea where the package is and they can't give me the drop off number to FedEx. Don't trust Hibbett the customer service is horrible and there tracking policies is the worst I've filed with the BBB
June 17th update
This morning I tried contacting Hibbett again to get the pickup number so FedEx could do an investigation and the customer service rep was totally disrespectful wouldn't listen at the end said I'll tell you what im going to do and hung up. Hibbett is the most disrespectful store in the world DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH HIBBETT SPORTS
So apparently I have two different tracking numbers SMH and they still not tracking this was a whole scam
June 18th update
So now hibbett gives a new tracking number that's still not tracking. Like I said this is a whole scam. How do you say you shipped a package then change the tracking number? That means it was never shipped but I'm supposed to believe you instead of just saying the truth this is a scam.

Hibbett lied the whole time
Two different tracking numbers that never tracked, because the shoes were never shipped. Once I made a claim it took less than 6 hours to approve it because the package was never shipped. All the lying from customer service was just smoke and mirrors.
The customer service is horrible less than a 0 Hibbett itself is a 0. My advice is to make Hibbett a last resort if possible it's a horrible business. I've deleted the hibbett app
I finally got an update from my BBB complaint how about hibbett lied about the package it shows me it was never shipped. I was given a FedEx tracking number twice but here's what they said
We have researched the customer's order and found that it has been lost in transit by USPS. On 7/22 we processed a refund back to the customer's original form of payment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.
The package was never shipped at all. They lied and said USPS lost the package but the package was never supposed to go through USPS, mind you when I talked to the customer service rep twice they said FedEx had the package someone is definitely lying.

My package just departed and never arrived no help from hibbett or fed ex . They used the cheapest way to ship it . Was the last pair actually in their network, was shock to see It actually ship . Now it’s out in no man’s land without any answers. I will not be using g hibbett again till they paying for better shipping. I don’t have there issues with Dicks . Always hibbett and that cheap rate shipping going to be the death of your company.

Bought shoes online for instore pickup. On site said pick up by 5pm took my money now says 630. Called customer service they couldn't cancel my order so I could just go by in-store. They told me there's nothing they can do. To speed up process. This store is a joke never spend another cent here.

What a terrible sports goods company! I ordered a pair of running shoes online tried them on at my house. Wore them one time around my house. they do not fit. I attempted to return them to the store and they told me because they had been worn they will not accept return returns. How on earth do you sell running shoes online and not allow people to try them on at home? Because they are then considered worn. With the fierce competition with D*** Sporting Goods and Amazon, there is absolutely no reason to ever shop here again.

Ordered shoes on June 3rd and still haven’t received shoes.
Called store they have shoe size there and shipping label but they are having issues with new system. This order should have been delivered by June 8th

Hibbett Sports is TRASH for how they handled my recent order. I had an emergency come up and simply needed to change the pickup person—something any reasonable company should be able to handle, especially in 2025. But nope, they refused. No flexibility, no empathy, just a robotic “policy” that completely ignores real life situations.

I’ve dealt with plenty of retailers and this was by far the most frustrating and insensitive experience I’ve had. Emergencies happen. Life happens. But apparently, Hibbett doesn’t care as long as they stick to their outdated script.

If you ever think about using store pickup, don’t. And honestly, just shop somewhere else. There are too many companies out here that actually care about their customers and are willing to help when things don’t go perfectly. Hibbett is clearly not one of them.

Terrible spent 1000s of dollars here to get treated badly. Can’t find your package don’t have nothing to tell you but they apologize.

They cancelled the order without notice and when we call customer service- they said they found intent to resell. When asked for evidence- they said nothing else will be shared. Seems like a sham company.
It was a birthday gift and very disappointed.

I ordered two pairs of shoes 3/31/2025. The first pair came in the incorrect size. Called customer service who advised I would need to send them back and I would receive a refund when they receive them. I asked if they could send out the correct size and was told no, I had to reorder on my own. Here we are 4/10/2025 and the second pair STILL says shipping label created and awaiting courier pick up. I called to request a refund just to be told I have to wait 3-5 days for them to conduct their investigation before a refund is processed! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR ORDER FROM THIS SUBPAR COMPANY AGAIN! I try to support the smaller businesses and this is the type of service you receive!!! I would give negative stars if it was an option because the one star is undeserving.

I am one of the many who also received a tracking number for USPS and the package never moved. Had to go out of my way to call USPS local office, 1800 number and no one has an answer to where the package is. I wish I would've read all these reviews before purchasing and now the shoes are sold out. The company makes you wait 10 business days before you can file a claim to get a refund. This company needs to do something about this ongoing issue.

Definitely received fake Jordan's from this store. I've literally never seen worse quality.
