WARNING Don’t buy from Hibbett Sports they return policy has changed and they are not telling people about.

I was a member with hibbett since October 21st 2019 and today December 13th 2025 I deleted my account and requested all my information be removed from their system. After years of purchases and years of no being selected for any of their sneaker raffles and today was the last straw. I put an item in my cart and while I was checking out putting in my new debit card they removed the item from my cart and the item sold out. Footlocker has had more loyalty to their customers. No thanks Hibbett, Good Riddance!

Man screw this store. I won’t ever order online to have my shoes shipped out.. I ordered cowboy diamond turfs on December 3rd and never received my shit. It was supposed to be here on the 8th but it never did. It is stuck in transit, no movement and everything my lost package updates in transit it push back my 10th day and I’ll never get my shoe or refund..I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.. GO IN THE STORE TO BUY

This company sucks. Worst company ever. Be aware you will lose your money if you buy with them. They claim they shipped your package and then dont. You even get shipping notices and then when you call Fedex they dont even have the package. DO NOT BUY

I ordered some shoes from in store to have delivered to my home. I realized that they were taking some time to get delivered. We go to the store to see why we haven't received the shoes yet and was told that the shoes weren't able to be fulfilled so I had to contact customer service to get my refund. I didn't understand that because I paid for my shoes in the store, but I contacted customer service. Customer service said they they couldn't issue the refund because I purchased the shoes in the store. I had customer service on the line with me while at the store and he told the store that they needed to be the ones to refund me. The store employee said that he couldn't because it wouldn't allow him to when he scanned the receipt. Customer service is escalating this to corporate but in the meantime I'm sitting here without shoes or my money. Now I have to inconvenience myself and dispute this with my credit card company.

this company along with jd and finish line alll have the worst inventory management tied to their online platform. Too many times I have made purchases and seen the same items still selling for hours even days sometimes then have my order cancelled siting lack of inventory ..ok so then if im first to buy a product and your still selling a product how come i am always getting cancelled ....do you have your employees taking products for themselves and forcing cancelations ...whatever the case may be I think I have reached my limit of experiencing this with their company....account delete next

I went in to get some shoes and socks for my husband. No one greeted me and did greet the man that came in way after me. Terrible customer service

I purchased a jersey for my son's birthday on November 17, 2025 because they advertised free 2 day shipping for the amount I spent. I received an email stating it would be delivered on the 19th (today). My son's birthday is tmrw. When I contacted them, they told me it's still being processed & sorry for the inconvenience. They said while they offer 2 day shipping, it's not a guarantee. Excuse me! When you advertise and confirm it with an email stating it, it's not guaranteed!?? I asked for compensation, I was told sorry they don't offer any..COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!

If you order online then you are possible about to make a mistake you're going to regret. Never again will I order online

I ordered a shirt online only to receive it with the security tag still attached and was told I need to go a near by store which is hours away from me to remove. The rep only apologized after I said I will leave a review, then said I can return the shirt and they will remove the security tag. What an inconvenience I was wearing the shirt today so why wait 2 weeks more plus to sent it back.

After spending $460 on 2 pairs of Air max t shoes , 1 pair doesn't fit right . No return without box . Ill never use ur crappy store again

I ordered a pair of shoes and never received it, so I called for a refund. First of they have customer support that doesn't speak English properly and then they want you to file a claim in order to get a refund. Very disappointed and will never order anything from them. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Wouldnt recommend shopping here. Very bad business.brought something online even was told it was shipping, then i get a text saying my order was canceled. Now why would they wait to tell me my order was canceled due to not having it in stock days later.

I ordered some shoes from Hubert on 9/20/25. Within 8 hrs the purchased had been processed, received tracking # and was waiting for fedex to pickup the order. Upon ordering the shoes Hibbett said in their website 2day delivery. Well the shoes have never left Lexington, ky. Talked to hibbett they said fedex has the shoes and hasnt scanned them yet. Talked to fedex they said they never had the shoes. Long story short, paid $244 for the shoes. No one has them or know where they are. Luckily, I paid with my credit card, charges were disputed and a credit was returned to my card. Now the credit card company will deal with hibbett. This business is a total scam and they could care less if you know they are. Don’t buy from them.

Placed an order, card got charged, and then received message that my order could not be processed. When I called customer service, they told me that since I had no order, they could not help me. I am out of $173.80. I will NEVER place another order with Hibbett.

My Experience Was Extremely Terrible I Was Sent Two Of The Same Foot Shoes. Customer Service Did Not Meet Expectations Did Not Seem Empathetic. The Shoes Were For My Kid To Go To School. Representative Marked The Shoes As Ineligible For Return in Under 20 Days Of Order When The Website Says 60days and Also Gave Me A Different Discount Than Promised On The Phone Call Will Not Be Ordering From Hibbett Again!

The app doesn’t open it just keeps crashing immediately. Even when it’s working they sell items they don’t actually have in stock then have to cancel the order later because if it. Customer service is trash too

Ordered shoes for my son last Monday. It’s been in process for 6days. I started initiating contact with the bot and was sent an email Thursday. Contact was insanely slow often waiting the next day to hear back. Today is Saturday, still no shipping updates so I decided to try to cancel the order and of course that was an issue too. There’s just no respect or consideration for the consumer at this company. I will not be giving this company another chance.

Useless costumer service. I don't know how this company is in business. My order has been sitting in Winslow Az for 4 days now without any movement and when I asked for a refund, Pam from costumer service said I have to wait six more days and disconnected.

As others have said, customer service is terrible. They do not stand behind their products. We purchased $180 football cleats at the beginning of the summer. No games and they are separating from the sole. No help from Hibbett
