Delivery arrived well within the time…
Delivery arrived well within the time allocated. Everything is well packaged with ice packs keeping the proteins chilled. Packing is recyclable too. Each meal prep was very well explained and all were very tasty! Plus we didn't waste a scrap 🥳

I like to order every now and again
I like to order every now and again. Hello Fresh does not send you a email before they debit your account. They also then choose food for you. This has not happened twice to me and we did not like what they gave us. I will be cancelling my account after this week.
Gusto are great, they remind you that its time to order and give you time to cancel that week's order. I will be ordering from then from now on.

To soon to tell. Only had one delivery so far and I was away for some of the time! Found it hard to navigate the site or wouldn't have ordered this week!
Also, it took from time of first investigation of HF, 6 months ago, to this week to place an order as you kept stopping me when it came to paying. I gave up and tried one last time last week and you accepted me! Same card, same address. Very frustrating 😕

The diced chicken is ruining meals
I love some of the recipes, but in the last 3 months, every single recipe that contains diced chicken has been a disaster. The chicken always comes out very chewy and tough to eat. In many cases, they send diced chicken instead of a chicken breast despite a chicken breast being in the picture/cooking instructions.

I think food was of poor quality..I got sausages n I had to give them to dog because they tasted so bad....I also expected a hot meal for 3 days and one of them a salad not very hot and not enough for 2 adults....I will never order food from this company again...I will also tell my friends NOT to order

Bad customer service
Didn't order the meals were sitting in my basket and hello fresh went on placed order and took payment out my account without my authorization
Tried contact them only to find the phone number is permanently off the hook so you can't speak to anyone
Tried Web chat but it set up to not take a complaint
Has this happened to anyone else
They just want the good reviews they don't want any contact with there customers to hear about the bad experience

Tasty!
Finished my first week of cooking with Hellofresh. Really happy. Very convenient having each meal in separate numbered bags. Lots of choice and I actually looked forward to cooking dinner. Im trying new meals this week so its keeping things interesting. Very fresh produce and packed well.

Very convenient
Very convenient. Save time in shopping queues, traffic queues, parking queues, and the reduction of stress in general around shopping. It does not eliminate the need to go shopping complete, but caters for the main items for a dinner for the week. Good service, and the food does taste great. Sometimes portions can be small, but 99%of time its on the ball.

This service wastes your time
I honestly do not understand who is this service for, even with promo boxes.
While I have no issues with the recipes and delivery itself, the quality of the produce is AWFUL. Every delivery has had half to all "fresh" ingredients completely spoiled, to the point that I have serious questions to people who pack the orders - are you not disgusted by packing rotten vegetables?
Our last order has also had half of the ingredients completely missing (ordered for 4P, delivered 2P).
What is the point of wasting the time ordering this, if I can just go to the shop and get the ingredients that are not rotten, for half the price, and spend the same amount of time?

Complete and utter scam
Complete and utter scam. I logged in to see what meals they offered. I never picked any meals and the next day they told me that my account was charged and boxes were on the way. I immediately went on to the chat and they refused to cancel the delivery or give me a refund. Complete scam. I dont even know what is coming and I didnt want it!!

All-round winner for healthy, easy and tasty meals.
Best option to maintain balanced meals for an individual or family. With a wide variety of recipes, there's no room for 'boring'. It also eases the mental load, without the dreaded daily thought "what am I going to make for dinner tonight". The categories are great, we try filter by the fastest options, but we can also be mindful of nutrients because each recipe has a great breakdown of calories and nutritional value.

Ditching the guesswork
Only started with hello fresh last week, but so far so great! Decided to try it out postpartum as life is hectic enough with a new baby so taking the guesswork out of dinner seemed a good idea.
