A seamless experience!
Using HealthHero to speak to a GP same day was such a relief. The phone call was so easy to schedule, at a time that suited me when I could speak privately. I actually took the call parked up in my car onthe way home from work. I had requested a female doctor, she called me on time, really listened to me, was patient and ran through some options. Moments after the call she emailed me the prescription which I then picked up on my way home. It was seamless, quick and easy. I didn't need any time off work and was quickly resolved. Great service. Don't hesitate.

I was very impressed with this service
I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this service. The telephone consultation was booked for 4.12 p.m and the doctor rang me exactly on time and within ten minutes had e mailed me a referral for physiotherapy. I would definitely recommend HealthHeros

Excellent Service!!
Excellent Service which I accessed via my Simply Health account. Because I was able to attach a photo of the skin rash I was concerned about it made it easy to diagnose the issue. I could also have had a video call if needed. This was in contrast to the 111 service who cant handle either photos or video calls. My local GP service was also very poor so I couldn't even submit a request for an appointment without going to 111 first!!

I had a very positive experience…
I had a very positive experience overall. The call centre team were friendly, professional and efficient, and my appointment was arranged quickly. I really appreciated that the advisor even called me back to double-check my email address to make sure I received the consultation link correctly — that extra care made a big difference.
The GP consultation itself was excellent. Dr Au was kind, professional and attentive, and I felt listened to throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt reassured and well supported.
Overall, a smooth and caring service from start to finish. Thank you.

Excellent service
Used this service twice now because my own GP is useless cant get to see anyone for weeks. I was able to get a consultation next day and doctor was really helpful both times

The Dr I spoke with had personability and humour which was exactly what was needed when I felt poorly, understood my symptoms and I felt listened too. The fact I got the appointment within 24 hours is unheard of!
