1st class service
Excellent experience from start to finish it is so smooth they phone you back at the time they give you. You have their undivided attention on the phone. I received a prescription sent you my phone within 20 minutes then just picked it up from the pharmacy. Top class service.

I’ve only used for drs appointments but…
I’ve only used for drs appointments but they are quick to respond, short waiting time (1 hour sometimes), professional, calm, kind and provide peace of mind to know they are there as a fallback when you’ve spent 45 mins going round in circles and passed through different systems trying to make a normal dr appointment only to end up with nothing.
The dr wrote a referral to my dr but when I tried to call my dr, I couldn’t get through. He advised me to ring 111 and between Benenden and 111 I was seen by my dr within hours.

Easy and reassuring
Being unable to book a normal appointment at my NHS surgery I used this service for a general concern/problem. It was very easy to book and I had a good choice of appointment times. The call was a little late but the doctor was very apologetic. As we had a bad line initially she called back to get a better connection so she was obviously keen to help me as best she could with a phone appointment. I felt completely reassured and knew what next steps i might need to take if my complaint didn’t improve. Very pleased with this facility.

Health Hero - Outstanding Service
I was seen to by Dr Mak. He really listened, gave me sound advice on my options, medication outcomes, sent notes to my GP including a referral and really took care of my state/ wellbeing encouraging me. The care provided was exceptional.
