Better service than any GP!
Really helpful team and clinicians. Always listened to me and what I was suffering from. Offered some good advice on how to deal with whatever the issue may be and prescribed medication when needed. Really good service cannot fault it and recommend to everyone.

Quick and helpful
I used this service for advice on a Friday after there were no more appointments available with my GP. I got a phone appointment later that evening. The doctor I spoke to was understanding, helpful and professional. I would certainly use this service again.

I had access to the GP from Vitality…
I had access to the GP from Vitality for free. Was really easy to book with great same day availability. The GP was friendly and gave me the time to fully explain my issue, background and anxiety about my injury. All in all a very smooth and very helpful experience.

1st time using GP consultation & it was amazing
Being able to access my own doctor for weeks & unable to get an appointment, I booked a consultation over the phone with Benenden.
A few minutes filling in info they require, pick the time that suits you best, I had mine a couple of hrs after I first contacted them.
You get to pick if you want a Male or Female Doctor. I felt listended too, I didn’t feel rushed. The Doctor I got was lovely.
I am so glad I have a plan with Beneden, the state the NHS is in makes it almost impossible to access our doctors. Amazing service, thank you Beneden.
