Advice was very good and I would recommend this service to everyone.

I had an excellent out-of-hours consultation with Dr. Prashar on Friday evening. I was dealing with a very distressing, acute lower back injury and severe nerve pain following a workplace lifting incident.
​Dr. Prashar was incredibly professional, empathetic, and reassuring. He listened carefully to my symptoms and provided clear, actionable clinical guidance on how to manage the immediate crisis and what my next steps should be. Having access to such high-quality, decisive medical care late on a Friday night was a massive relief during a highly stressful and painful situation. Thank you to Dr. Prashar and the entire HealthHero team for the exceptional standard of care.

I can't rate the team highly enough. I've had two positive outcomes from the service and will definitely be using the GP appointments line again.

It was good to talk to an independent doctor to give an overall opinion

The doctor that I saw for second opinion was very caring and compassionate. Her referral for specialist investigation took all the worry away. I would recommend Vitality. I made an appointment to receive a telephone consultation regarding blood results that were showing abnormal levels as I wanted to discuss them.
Two minutes before my appointment time, I received a call from someone telling me that my appointment had been cancelled and I’d need to reschedule!
I then had to go through all the steps again, along with my blood results and relevant medical information that I felt were important for the GP to provide answers to my concerns.
Made the new appointment for the next day- waited until 6 minutes after my appointment time before the most uninterested sounding GP called me! Obviously not read my notes or the blood results- called me a mr when I’m a Mrs… asked if I was going through the change? Yeah mate I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago and being a fellow health care professional, it’s not the only reason that female patients have issues!
Had to spoon feed him my information that he should have already read up about- asked him for a referral for an ultrasound and he refused- told me he couldn’t do that but could refer me to a private endocrinologist…. I don’t need a referral for that!
All in all… easy money for him (considering the conversation was cut short at the 15 minutes past the hour…. Despite the fact he didn’t call me until 6 minutes past!)- waste of time and £49 for absolutely nothing!
I wanted to pay for an appointment and get somewhere with my blood results- I got a better response from ChatGPT!
And I didn’t appreciate that it was written on my health hero account that “patient cancelled the first appointment!”- you cancelled it!!!
Wouldn’t recommend!

Completely pointless service, two times I've had appointments now and simply been pointed to my GP and told I couldn't be helped for either condition, when I asked if could prescribe anything simply told no. So what is the point of the service if I still have to do the impossible and get an appointment with my own GP? Had a similar service previously from a competitor and had none of these issues.
